I do not recommend anyone go this salon, Market Square, Lacey location. They had 2 stylist working nearly 3 hour wait list with 12-15 people and close to closing. That is not acceptable business. I walked out went to another salon got in and out in less than 30 minutes with more stylist working. I will not go to the Market Square in Lacey Great Clips again. They need many more stylist working when it's busy like that but the lady was rude.

I was just here with my son. I was told there was 3 people ahead of me. I could see all 3 people ahead of me. My name was put on the list. All 3 people were finished. 2 ladies walked in and had their name put on the list after me. They then took both ladies before me. I have a feeling it's due to the time it would take for their haircut and it was close to closing. So I skipped in order to accommodate the 2 women. Service was garbage. They acted like I wasn't even there. I obviously don't want my haircut after I have to argue to get my turn in line like I should have. Avoid.

Don’t even want to give it one star went to get my haircut and the lady didn’t listen to what I wanted and did everything I asked her not to do. She cut it way too short and shaved my neck, when I called to speak to the manager I was told to come in and if she can’t fix it she’d give me a refund. Her solution was to cut it even shorter when I didn’t even want it this short in the first place. She then gave me an attitude for not letting her cut it even shorter and told me she couldn’t refund me and I’d have to wait for her manager. She had told me she was the manager and could give me a refund.. maybe don’t say you can if you actually can’t. Poor customer service and bad quality haircuts.

Really bad service at the Lacey WA Market Square salon, if I could give zero stars I would. I had requested a 1/2 inch trim all over, with scissors, no razor or texturizing, Madison proceeded to section off the back portion of my hair, misted it with water and trimmed a bit of the underside, then she started blow drying my hair for the next 15-20 minutes (I did not ask for styling). Then she started to texturize the bangs and I asked for just a cut straight across which she did but I needed to remind her to do the right side of my bangs too, then she was done. 3/4 of my had had not been cut at all. I asked to speak with the manager Megan and told her that all my hair had not been cut she essential told me I was lying, and when I showed the minimal amount of hair on the floor (swept up i would have literally been no more than a teaspoonful, i was so rattled I forgot to take a photo) she said they only take a little off at a time. I reiterated that most of my hair was completely untouched. I think Madison blow dried my hair so much to turn it under to make it look cut. I asked to speak with the manager in private but she told I could say whatever I wanted in front of Madison the hairstylist. I declined to have the manager cut it as she was obviously very agitated. I did not raise my voice or make a scene, I just wanted to be heard and the issue acknowledged. Megan the manager told me I was being rude and to leave the shop twice. At that point I walked out. The whole situation was traumatizing and I was shaking by the time I got home. I checked in the mirror and could easily see where the hair had been cut and where it had not, and it is very obvious that most of my hair had not been cut at all. I felt completely disrespected, not heard, absolutely gaslit, and treated in an appalling manner in a public salon. I have contacted customer service and plan to speak to the owner of the salon. Madison should not be cutting hair and Megan should absolutely not be in a management position.

Horrible, the manager had to fix the hair cut. After showing a picture and explaining what I wanted to the lady that cut my hair.
(Which is a style I've had for a long time.)
When I expressed that I wasn't happy. I told her several times during the cut that it wasn't blended well or uneven. She would not listen.
She was rude and kept me standing at the check out and walked off. The manager had just came back from lunch and fixed it to look better. But she was also slamming things around like she was angry with me for complaining., and I do so tactfully. We all work hard, poor customer service just isnt acceptable. Just go to Tumwater location. This one is really bad. I will Never go back or recommend this location to anyone.

If you're looking for a quick trim this is your place... Idk that I'd get anything big done here but when my ends are split and I can't get to my regular stylist it's fine in a pinch.
