I’ve been going to the supply business for 20 years I went in there today a heavyset man did not identify himself looked at my prescription and flipped it back to me and says we no longer take insurance. You can buy it that’s it. I will never go back or will I ever recommend this place of business again?

Came to visit MyMedSupplies in Lacey WA to have brakes adjusted on a walker. This walker was for a 95 year old, who could not be without it very long at all.The office staff and technician were courteous, prompt and effective. Soooo very helpful!!!Big shout out to all!! Thanks

Never heard of this company nor have I dealt with, but I don't know why I've been getting missed calls from them. Even when calling back I get a voicemail indicating it was a health supply company and to call 911 if this is an emergency.

I bought a Nova walker from them several years ago and one of the brake wires recently broke. No one else in the Olympia area that I could find offered repair services. The clerk at MyMedSupplies graciously received my walker, walked it back to their repair person, and the broken cable was replaced and ready for pickup at 10:00 a.m. the next day. The charge was minimal with the help of Medicare. Need repair of medical equipment, I strongly recommend MyMedSupplies.

The staff has great customer service skills and I love the fact that Amy went above & beyond with helping me get the supplies I needed for my daughter. She made sure she let me know the entire process, answered all of my questions and made sure I got my delivery. It’s a plus that the actual item was good quality. Super awesome! Would 10/10 recommend.

The staff was very helpful getting me what I needed for my Father. When the bed alarm wasn't compatible with the sensor I bought they ordered the right one and exchanged it quickly.

Went to buy some arm crutches, didn't work out! I don't wear a mask for anyone, if i have to i won't shop there! The lady who helped me, kisses hitlers every wish! No one thinks on their own anymore! If you want a government to think for you and tell you what to do, Venezuela is the place for you! To the lady that helped me, you should keep your mask on, covid affects obesity 78%.

I was served with compassion and care when I really needed it. My daughter had a horrible accident and needed some home care equipment. They walked the store with me and brought to my attention various supplies I had no idea existed. made caring for her so much easier and I appreciated their efforts and time.

Already heard negative reviews about this company. Tried them anyway, walked in barely got to the counter employee ask if they could help (which was nice to have quick service). I tell them what i needed, they asked if I will be private pay, I said no I have private insurance, who lists them as a preferred provider, the employee tells me it is not within their scope to bill insurance so i would have to private pay and a rental would 88.00 a month ? first of all i can buy the item online and keep it for less. Really! Now to contact my insurance company to have this company removed as a "preferred" provider. SMH

Wish I could give them a zero. Went in and asked for several products the lady pointed them out to me and i showed them the script for them and the lady laughed in my face and said that none of those things are covered by prescription. She just laughed. I walked out of there with tears in my eyes. I just wanted some help. I didn't know. I will never go back there, nor would I recommend it to others. My god...have some compassion for someone who is obviously stuggling.

Terrible billing practices. Unknown charges not billed for years only to receive a collection letter. Account resolved, I thought. Surprise! Just received another collection letter after a year in a half. Of course they have no record of what was negotiated. Bad bad company.

Terrible followup on prescription. This is a reactive place nothing to do with proactive. Dropped off a prescription for some medical supplies and after 10 days the staff have done nothing. I will never use this place again unless I want no service.
