This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered tired. I have waited 45 minutes before. I have left and gone with out medications. I don't know if it's lack of staff or incompetence. But this is just unacceptable. Today I have been in line for 15 minutes already. I cannot go with out this medication for my child. Otherwise I would have left. I promise this will be my last time here. I am never co.ing back to this pharmacy ever again. Such a waste of time.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the pharmacy at Fred Meyer, and it was nothing short of a disaster. If I could give it zero stars, I would.Firstly, the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. It was as if they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my existence. Customer service is clearly not a priority for them. When I approached the counter with a question, I was met with blank stares and a palpable sense of annoyance. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I spent what felt like an eternity standing there, watching as the staff moved at a snail's pace. It's as if they had no concept of urgency or the fact that people might be in pain and in need of their medication promptly. The incompetence of the staff was evident when I received the wrong prescription. How hard is it to get a simple order right? Apparently, too challenging for the geniuses at Fred Meyer. Not only did this inconvenience me, but it also raised serious concerns about their attention to detail and the potential impact on someone's health. The cherry on top of this miserable experience was the lack of cleanliness in the pharmacy area. It was dirty and disorganized, giving off an overall sense of neglect. If they can't even keep their workspace tidy, how can I trust them with my health? In summary, if you value your time, health, and sanity, steer clear of the pharmacy at Fred Meyer. The abysmal service, slow pace, and general lack of competence make it an establishment that deserves nothing more than a one-star rating. Save yourself the headache and find a pharmacy that actually cares about its customers.

I'm switching my numerous prescriptions to Fred Meyer in Lacey after 16 years with Walgreens. Elly in the pharmacy is amazingly competent, friendly, professional and capable.

I have filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General regarding SHALVO, your employee. I was returning a carpet shampoo unit and she REFUSED to accept the unit because she felt that it had not been properly cleaned before returning. I pointed out that what she was calling "unclean" was present when I rented the unit. She still refused to accept it and insisted I bring it home to rectify the situation. I am now incurring additional rental costs and have no idea how to "clean" what looks to have been there for a good period of time. My family spends between $300-500 per week in this store. NO MORE.

Where do I start. I will try to keep this short. This is the end of a 3-4 month ordeal. This is for Fred Meyer Jewelry. My wife dropped off her only and very important wedding ring for a repair and replacement of the diamond. Asking only for appraisal. ONLY AN APPRAISAL. A month later we got a call stating the ring was ready for pick up with a $600 bill. Remember the "ONLY APPRAISAL" part. Long story short. 3 months later we got the her ring back. So much more but they or this review don't deserve another second of our time. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS JEWELS TO FRED MEYER JEWELERS!!!

THIS STORE (Lacey WA, Fred Meyers) NEEDS A NEW MANAGER. I've been in retail for over 40 years (in many different areas and sizes of stores) and this is about the poorest-run store i've seen. The employees are great, but I can tell they're tired, overworked, frustrated, and tired of trying to do the same job with less people. Probably the management cutting hours so their bonus is bigger? I've been on the receiving end of this greed trick before, so I know what I'm talking about. When you go in to shop at opening, and there's still LOTS of pallets of goods everywhere, cluttered, sometimes blocking the aisles.... that tells me there's not enough people working. Sure, callouts happen, but there should still be more people scheduled for coverage. Common sense. Or is it a manger bonus thing? And the piles of extra items on the very top shelf? That's a safety hazard right there. I'm surprised nothing has fallen onto a fellow customer's head...or maybe it has and good ole FM kept it quiet. And I think they don't have cleaners come in too often for the bathrooms, etc. Sometimes they're nasty with trash, graffiti, clogged toilets. sometimes even drug paraphenelia. Yeah, great family store. And things are left broken for a long time because no maintenance or cleaners. For the manager bonus?Like I said, the workers there are great, mostly friendly and helpful. I don't see how they do it, working in such a poor and unsafe environment. The management needs replaced now, and more care needs to be put in to everything about the store. By the way, I know who the manger is, I just be sure I don't talk to that person when I'm there. And as you can see, I didn't give out any information about that person... i'm not like that. :)

I have been getting my prescriptions here for about six months. I have always had AMAZING service above and beyond until today. I called and Crystal answered and I was clarifying a question brought up about a medication being extended release or immediate release from a Doctor.Crystal became increasingly rude, while answering my question and her voice was louder and had a demeaning tone when clarifying about what my dr called in. I said ma’am I understand what your saying but your being very rude. My husband over heard her yelling at me and grabbed my phone stating you are being very unkind and rude to my wife. Why are you speaking to her that way. Crystals response was “because I have said it three times and she’s just not getting it.” He said we are not pharmacists, please know you have no idea what people are going through and it’s unacceptable to be so mean and degrading. i don’t think you know what that can do to a person. Crystals response was “ so do you need anything else”. I took the phone and said is your name crystal? She said yes and proceeded to spell it and asked if I wanted to speak to her pharmacist. I said yes please. Crystal said great, hold on. Allison the pharmacist got on the phone.I explained I was asking a clarifying question and at no time was I rude. I said I don’t know if Crystal is having a bad day but she was very rude and degrading and everyone there prior to this has been so wonderful. It’s upsetting and concerning. I come there weekly and I just wanted you to be aware. Allison responded “did you get your question answered?” I said yes but in a very rude manner. She said ok” I will talk to her.”My thoughts and feedback:There was little care in Allison’s tone or response and never an apology from either person. This is pretty clearly why Crystal was happy to offer to get her pharmacist and spell her name. This behavior is uncalled for. My children are sick and I’ve never been unkind to anyone at the pharmacy. I have more then enough going on in my life and this treatment is completely unacceptable. Be nice or at a minimum just decent if you’re unable to muster up the decency. If you can’t then please take a break or go home for the day. Or perhaps reconsider being in customer service, leadership and or working with the public. No one deserves poor treatment.Thank you to all the other associates in the pharmacy that have been so helpful and wonderful on my other visits and calls this is not a reflection of the entire pharmacy because the rest of the team there is phenomenal!

Bye Rite Aid. This was the easiest and most painless pharmacy experience I’ve had in years. I came in shortly before closing, assuming I’d need to come back the next day to pick up but they had my prescription ready for me within 15 minutes.

The fact that the meat department is okay with doing this is down right disgusting! If you're buying the short ribs (flanken) do yourself a favor and buy 2 packs. The front row is full and beautiful looking... the second row behind is scraps. They're sold in a container with 1 row over another. The rib pictured on the right was in a row of 5 similar in size placed over the one on the left making sure the thick part was peaking over to make it look full. I don't appreciate smoke and mirror's especially with todays prices at the grocery store. Do better Freddie's, this is deceitful to your customers.

A glass of wine is a nice accompaniment to a special occasion meal. Last week, I chose to add red wine to my grocery cart during a shopping trip to Freddy's. At the checkout, I was asked for a personal identification to verify my age. I had no problem with that despite thinking that any intelligent and observant person would have no problem wondering why this old guy with a cane was not in Assisted Living. What surprised me was the cashier scanning my DOL driver's license, as if it were a grocery item. When I asked why the license was being scanned, I was told "That is what Corporation wants us to do." Now really! I understand tracking for marketing, BUT a customers driver's linense?

Great store to shop at and has very friendly cashiers. The Fred Meyer rewards is a must as I've saved so much money here!

Getting my medications here on 11.21.22 was so easy, all the staff was beyond helpful and kind even though i could tell they were possibly short staffed. Pharmacist made sure I knew all the detailed information about a new medication and also help find and sell me what soap I needed to prep for my next day surgery. Much appreciated Fred meyer Pharmacy Staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most of the pharmacists and techs here are wonderful, kind, and very patient. Unfortunately, the last two visits I've made here were less than helpful.
