Recently dropped a package off at this location to be returned to samsung and the package has yet to move its been 13 days. I will be heading over there tomorrow to see why this package has yet to move. I hope for that office sake they didn't steal samsungs return item because that would be the worst thing for them working in that store

Fantastic Customer Service. Very patient and professional.I had to help an elderly couple track down a package of time sensitive medication. They had missed the driver on his original delivery. I had to call twice and both time the associates Charlotte and Susan conducted themselves in a professional, patient and personable manner. I work in customer service and having an interaction like this what quality service is all about.Thanks for your help Charlotte and Susan. The elderly couple I helped called my coworker and I angels. So I will pass that compliment on to the both of you. Keep up the great work.Be Well and have a Fabulous weekend.

Noone tells you that FedEx ground is separate from FedEx . So disappointing. They can't tell you where your envelope is or when it will get delivered

Fed ex driver driving on Weston Road in Shelton on a private gravel Road. Posted at at 10 mp going about 60. We are the road manager. We spent 50 minutes on the phone with customer service. Finally the told me they couldn’t help without a tracking number. I gave them the time of delivery but they refused. I asked for the manager if the delivery are in Lacey and they refused. The absolute worst customer service.

Straight up wouldn't take my FedEx package, told me to go to another store. Unprofessional worker who didn't want to do anything but yell at me to go somewhere else. Is this a real FedEx store? I have a doubt. Go somewhere else.

I hope that I have identified the correct FedEx. Today, May 10, 2022, I received a package delivery from a FedEx carrier. First, the driver parked his truck in the roadway on the wrong side of traffic. In other words, his truck was in the eastbound lane of the roadway facing west. My son and I were standing in our driveway when the driver exited his truck. He looked us up and down, then walked to the back of his truck without saying a word. He removed my delivery package from the truck, closed the back of the truck, extended his arm as to offer the package to me. Since he wouldn't say a word, I said, Costco? He said, "What's that?" I said, a package from Costco. He gave a fake chuckle, got in his truck, and sped away. I am over the age of 60. I have had a number of packages delivered to me where the package was given directly to me. The driver always greeted me when he/she exited their vehicle and they thanked me or wished me a good day as they left. The driver who delivered my package today was, rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. Someone should speak with him about customer service. He should also be spoken with about his driving in residential neighborhoods and stopping his truck improperly in the roadway. By the way, I do have video of the contact. My home is equipped with security cameras.

This has been by far my worst experience with receiving a package. I was supposed to receive this package next day shipping, however here I am 4 days later after several delays with no package. There is no direct number to this location and every time I have called I’ve been given a different lie as to why my package hasn’t delivered. Not only have I been mislead, customer service was also extremely rude refusing to transfer me to a manager, the store location, or the incident resolution team. They even went as far as hanging up on me. Every time I called the story changed and my issue was never resolved. I ended up driving to the location and picking it up myself. I would like this issue resolved with the corporate FedEx customer service line as this is highly unprofessional and extremely rude.

Please help us get this life saving medication delivered today. It is said to be at your facility. Customer care will not help us with the URGENCY of the situation. Please help us.
