Hours from 9 am to 8 pm per sign. I arrived there at 7:30 pm and the Safeway employee said the FedEx drop off service already closed. They either need to update the hours or put a sign closed due to short staff or just vlose this service permanently.

Service was quick, my only complaint is that they don't give you a receipt after they scan your package, instead, they take your phone number and send you a text. The problem is my item was scanned around 12:50, it's now 1:30pm and I still haven't gotten the text.

The instructions for my return said to bring the items in a box, FEDEX location will print the label. I don't have access to the label just a code for them but they don't have a way to print it out either so what's the point.

They don't have anything shipping related. They don't even label your package. Useless. And even if you do have everything already paid for, there's not even a single sign in the store letting you know where to go.

After driving here from another town based on Google Maps telling me this was a FedEx, I would call this a pretend FedEx. They don't have any FedEx envelopes, FedEx labels, or any other FedEx supplies. You have to have all those things in your possession before you can use this as FedEx. I don't think Safeway should advertise that they have FedEx Services.
