Wont use FedEx or a store that uses them for delivery EVER! Ordered two recliners from WayFair and they left them at the wrong apartment. I understand that it was a mistake, but the follow through was non existent. Called several times and the phone rang but no answer ,[ during the day in the afternoon when they were open for business], and finally left two voicemails, no return calls 4 days later. I am 65 years old and there was no way I could get them down the stairs, across to the other end of the complex and upstairs to my apartment. Finally paid a neighbor to help and got them to my apartment. Gave one star because there is not an option for 0 stars.
