Cameron fixed my Breville in no time at all because he is a thorough professional and knows what he's doing. Would trust my beloved espresso machine to any one else. I drive to Lacey from Tacoma just to buy his coffee. It is superb!!!

I brought my Breville espresso maker to Cameron expecting to leave it but he went through some basic checks and quickly found and solved the problem. I don't think he was even going to charge me but I began asking questions and he began enthusiastically educating me. Before long I had taken up a bit more of his time than he probably expected. I tried to pay him a little extra and he compensated me for that with a free bag of beans that he roasts under his own brand. The machine works great and the coffee is excellent. I highly recommend his services (and his coffee).

Cameron's always come through for me. With nearly twenty years in the industry, his knowledge of commercial cafe equipment and logistics is hard to match. From sales, installation, parts, maintenance or repair of equipment, to artisan espresso beans delivered to your shop. If you own an espresso machine and can't take it apart and put it back together yourself, call the guy who can.

I have no words!!! I've had experience with other espresso repair men and not one will ever meet the quality of Cam. My repair time took longer than expected but I do take credit for that considering I called him to come out just a few days before the holiday. Cam came across problems I didn't even know existed with my grinder and fixed them for me. He cleaned my grinder spotless. He took the best care of something that keeps my business running and I can't be more thankful for that. Not to mention the pricing!! Can't beat that. Thank you so much Cam and the rest of espresso rescue team!

Can't complain, I called on behalf of my business and they came less than an hour later to fix our commercial coffee brewer. Walked me through what was wrong, what he did to fix it (done same day, which is important for us) and after I inquired about additional services, we scheduled a follow-up to settle everything. Job done. Other more regional or national places wanted to schedule days out which wouldn't have been ideal.

Repair of a Rancilio Silvia espresso machine. Customer Service: Hands down, is the best customer service I've ever had (and I've had good service from other places.) The owner quickly got back to me by phone. He asked a series of questions to help isolate the problem. (For a certain issue with a Rancilio, there is a quick fix you can do a home, and I couldn't figure out how to do it, so he walked me safely through the steps over the phone.) When that wasn't the issue (and "easy fix" I had hoped for) he arranged to have me drop off my machine at his shop. Though he was busy with other jobs and figured it might be a couple of days, he put my machine on the bench just to quickly check it out. When he saw it wasn't a major issue, he worked my job into his busy schedule and had it fixed by the next day so I wouldn't be without my machine over the weekend. (I brought it in on a Thursday, and he had it to me by Friday.) This was not something he promised to do, so I was delighted when his office called the next day with the news that it was ready. I've had my Rancilio for close to 20 years, and like a classic car, I LOVE and know my machine. When I picked up my machine, he went over every part of it with me, described ways I might keep it up and condition it in the future. We talked over the history and details of my Ranchilio, and worked out a plan to keep it in A+ condition. Like with my car, I now have the steps for an affordable maintenance plan, and am working with a trusted business, to keep it in perfect condition. The owner knows his stuff, and he cares! He knows and loves these machines! I will not take it anywhere else! His service goes above and beyond: When I dropped my machine off, the owner gave me a sample of his cold pressed coffee--which is amazing. When I picked up my machine, up, he gave me a package of freshly roasted coffee. It's freshly roasted to perfection. He really knows and loves the COFFEE side of the business. He charged very fairly for his service, and as an older person on a limited income, I really appreciate that. Finally, I left a small part at his office, and he arranged to deliver it to me at the end of a busy Friday afternoon. He LITERALLY went the extra mile! Amazing service. I've been doing business in Olympia for 20 years. We have some of the best espresso repair and coffee makers in the business in this town. CAMERON, the owner, is at the TOP of the charts, among the best of the best. His knowledge, his service, his skill and efficiency with repair, his love of the business, his quality coffee and products are THE BEST. This is the place I will do business from now on.

Google shows them as a Saeco repair ship but the owner says they do not repair them. He wasn’t very pleasant on the phone about it either.
