Great people and service for me going on 5 years now.
Had to do an update. With the exceptional work, intrractions and professionalism I again experienced today 7-5-24. I need to mention Jeremy who through all the set backs and failed expected timelines, still came through in a pinch and helped me. Dustin and Nate who did the work and who put up with my initial reaction on the setbacks that occurred. They stayed professional and calm during the phone calls. ( Sorry I was such a pain) You guys are great. THANK YOU ALL lacey discount tires!!

We experienced a blow out on the highway while traveling across country. Discount tires ordered us a new tire had it delivered 24 hours later. We arrived to have it mounted and Carl delivered excellent customer service! He even had to tell the warranty company how to do their job all with a smile and very professional! Thanks team for decreasing our anxiety;)

I was here a few days ago for a tire repair, and the young men working in the front were very courteous and professional. It was easy to make an appointment online, and they were very fast with the repair.

These guys knew what they were doing. I had Apex Design quick deflate valve stems needing installed when I had 35s installed on my rig and they were able to follow the instructions and get everything in working order. They wee able to get everything programmed and made use of the quick deflate system they never heard of to get the tpms working. They also had the Falken tires installed on my wheels in no time being efficient instead of having 1 guy do it all. Also didn't give up on the TPMS during programming even though it was giving issues and was able to get them working on the car instead of just blaming it and calling it a day.

Very well! Nice friendly staff and a quick service! Brought it in 10.15 per my appointment, got greated friendly by the gentleman at the front desk and he advised me it was going to be quick. I waited about 20 min and the car was done! Very nice tires and a awesome service! Thank you discount tire I would definitely recommend bringing your car here!

Currently parked, getting a free air check. My family and I have been local Discount Tire customers for decades from Texas to all the way up here in WA, and for good reason. As is always the case, the employees here are hospitable, professional, capable of explaining things to you Barney style without making you feel dumb, they’re prompt and courteous, the list goes on. This location’s service further cements my loyalty in Discount Tires nationwide. Luke & Caiyan were the friendly folks that helped me today—give them a raise!!

Half the price of Les Schaub, they mounted 2 tires and fixed a flat in 20 minutes! The flat they fixed wasn't even their tire and they did it for free!
