Prior to appointment: I requested an appointment and completed the physical history survey all through their website. It took a couple weeks to get a call back. The website communicates that they process appointment requests in the order of when received, so when they call, I recommend not missing the call or getting back to them ASAP.
Scheduling: this was straight forward, they call and you hash out scheduling. Leading up to the appointment many reminders were sent, via email and text, according to my preferences selected when I did the online survey.
Appointment: in my case, with what I wanted out of this appointment for my dog, i’m extremely satisfied. The provider did a thorough review before determining what medications to prescribe, they checked in with me throughout the assessment to ask questions about my dogs history as well as to answer any questions I had or to clarify things I wasn’t understanding. Once the provider completed their portion I was informed of their findings and the discharge plan.
Post-appointment: once payment was handled I opted to receive the receipt via email, they provided a printed copy of the discharge plan and one was emailed as well.
**Solid communication throughout, friendly staff, and informative regarding my dog’s issues.

Went to the dermatology clinic for animals, for my dog with hair loss problems, and all the staff were very nice. The vet I saw was very nice and had a positive personality, obviously eager to help find out what her doggo patients are suffering from. I am scheduled to go back multiple times for continued treatment and appointments check ups, and look forward to it. :)

Dr. Wyatt and all the staff were superb in every way! I am so, so grateful to have found her to help treat our baby, Buzz; I finally feel confident about a diagnosis and treatment! I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Our 6 year old Kona had crusted paws and flaky skin that continued to get worse over several months (picture included). She lost her ability to play and eat and would lay in bed all day every day.
We took her to MULTIPLE different general vets,” and spent HUNDREDS of dollars for them to give us their best guess and throw a new treatment at her.
On a whim I found Dermatology Clinic For Animals and made an appointment. We live in Seattle and took the drive hoping for an answer. Dr Wyatt took one look at Kona’s paws and knew exactly what is was, she diagnosed in 5 minutes what 3 other vets couldn’t. She started us on a treatment path that day and we started to get our dog pack. It has been 2 months and she is almost completely healed, we are amazed.

Nice doctors, technicians and support staff here. Hoping to find an answer for pup allergies. It takes time but confident I'm in the right place now. The location and office are nice and it seems like they get you back in the rooms pretty quickly which is nice. We drive here from Tacoma so it's a bit of a commitment but not bad at all so long as traffic cooperates.

I have taken my Olde English Bulldogge to Olympia Dermatology Clinic for Animals for going on 3 years. The staff are incredibly friendly and so helpful, it's been a journey to get him healthy and he is so excited to go see his friends at the doctor. They really care about the animals they help, it shows! If you have an animal that has any kind of allergy issues, I highly recommend going here.

I am very grateful to be working with the Dermatology Clinic for Animals to help manage my Old English Bulldog’s allergies. All of the staff are kind and very easy to work with. They gave us multiple options and are explained everything in a way that made sense. Bessie Sugar is 90% improved and has a much better quality of life after going on medications. I highly suggest this clinic for the care of your fur babies. I am less stressed out and Bessie Sugar gets the zoomies everyday now and is clearly loving her new itch free life. Health is wealth and working with this clinic has been priceless!

Brought Mika ( 4 year old tiny little chihuahua) due to severe food allergies and ongoing skin lesions on her back, lips, ears, and snout. Was very hesitant to bring her, mainly because the first pet dermatologist we brought her too last year was absolutely useless and his recommendations actually made her condition much worse .
Right away the Dr. and techs recognized the ongoing issue, took a bunch of skin samples and offered up a couple of different plans to get her situation under control.
They listened to our concerns, answered all our questions and we walked out feeling like we finally had a good plan in place to get Mika's skin issues under control and resolved.

We were referred to this clinic from our regular vet for our cat. We had limited choices but this office was the closest at 1.5 away. On our second appointment we were 10 minutes late according to our clocks. We had left 2 hours early for our appointment and when I realized we would be late I called the clinic. We were, however, still charged a 50.00 late fee. This is really unfortunate and we will be cancelling our next appointment to seek services elsewhere. We had to rearrange schedules and travel for this appointment. This was a circumstance COMPLETELY out of our control. I myself am a healthcare professional in a speciality clinic and we would never charge a patient who had never been late before an additional fee. Especially for a patient traveling from a long distance location.

Their help allowed my german shepherd to finally live a comfortable and happy life. Her food allergies caused so much swelling and inflammation she couldn't walk without pain and is suspected to have caused intussusception, which almost killed her. I can't thank them enough.
