Annie was awesome, friendly, well spoken and courteous. Her presentation was knowledgeable and informative. The ease with which she and my wife hit it off was as if they' known one another for a lifetime. She actively went out of her way to include our eight year old throughout the presentation, which was really appreciated. As well as how quuickly she put our 4 dogs at ease within a few minutes of entering our home, no simpme feat. Thank you for all your help and guidance in moving this project forward, Annie. This company came out free of charge and presented to me with a quote same day Sebastian was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me a great price but I was unable to commit at this time their window products look great
