Pretty efficient customer service. Despite being past the time they assist with signing someone up as a new customer. They made an exception due to inconvenience on their end. (Which I can’t complain about)Reason I rated them a 4/5 stars is because of the fact I was initially waiting around for next available agent to assist me.

After buying three phones from CRICKET, ALL WERE TRASH! NEVER AGAIN! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!I PAID 230$ FOR A PHONE THAT DOESN'T CHARGE! I TRIED TO RETURN IT BUT NO...BECAUSE I WAITED TWO WEEKS!I kept buying new charges but it's the phone!So when I don't pay the bill, the phone will stay GARBAGE!IF I GET THE CHANCE I WILL SUE CRICKET!

Sal helped us for nearly an hour with something that was neither his responsibility, nor his expertise. There was a problem at Cricket HQ which affected my service availability, and he was determined to solve my issue without having to purchase another handset. My confidence in Cricket is waning, but Sal in Lacey was great.

I went in there with a problem with my phone, the staff was very nice and immediately started to trouble shoot the phone. Apparently sim cards go bad. He fixed it quickly and for free! Thanks again!
