I have been here a few times and I am very pleased with the friendly professional service that they provide. They do what is needed and do not try to con me into repairs that are not necessary. I appreciate that. The fact that the 2 guys up front- Chris and ?- are down to earth and easy to talk to- is a huge plus.

I’ve been a customer since 2002, bringing in my first car and many other vehicles through learning the hard way about maintaining upkeep.. ?Courtesy has always done exceptional work and gave pointers on how to maintain vehicles for optimal use and reminders for future maintenance. I appreciate them and would not think of using another mechanic! Thank you guys!

It is a privilege to be able to recommend Chris and the Courtesy Auto crew to anyone looking for a caring auto service and repair shop. I moved here 6 years ago leaving a Goodyear dealer who was a personal friend and patient. Needless to say I was very spoiled in dealing with my auto maintenance. Over the past 6 years Courtesy Auto a Goodyear dealer has gained my confidence and loyality. Just today, my very old 2007 GMC Yukon with 235K mileage had a power steering and steering wheel problem that Chris fit in to his packed schedule by bringing it in early at 7:30 AM. We needed the vehicle back for an upcoming horse competition by Thursday. Talk about short notice! As always They came through for my wife's immediate need. I have been going to Courtesy Auto since 2014 and they are always super nice, super helpful, and they take good care of my vehicle maintenance. They are honest and never do more than what they have already discussed with you. I always recommend Courtesy Auto to people looking for auto maintenance because I've had mechanics mess with my vehicles to then charge me more to fix and still have issues after I have left the place. Never have I had that kind of experience at Courtesy, they're the best!

I've had poor work before from this shop but gone there for years because it's where my parents have been going.
These range from not being listened to or whatever notes they have not really being understood by everyone who they shuffle around to talk to customers so I had to give information over and over and over, to issues not being addressed or addressed poorly so I was right back in.
But honestly the thing that broke me is that I bought a new car in May and I took it to LCA to check out to see if it was safe and good to buy.
They gave me the all-clear, so I bought the car.
Immediately I noticed that I couldn't fill the tank up all the way so I took the car in and they sort of shrugged at it and told us they couldn't find anything.
Then the tire pressure sensors put an error message on my dashboard. The shop said they found computer readouts but no problem. At least I could still drive the car.
10 months later and fed up with not getting any responses when I've had the car in and out of the shop for other things and brought up the same issues (they worked on my tires in the meantime, oil changes, etc)...
In March I blew out a side wall of one of my tires, had it towed to Les Schwab, and as they were changing the tires they said "hey, your pressure sensor batteries in two of your tires are dead. They need new batteries and the part is $40 each". Ten months of shrugging for two batteries.
Then I had an appointment with the dealership that came around for the mystery gas tank thing and guess what
My entire tank was punched up from some collision. Now, I don't blame the shop for something the dealer didn't disclose to me.
What I blame the shop for is that the dealership said the tank was punched up, punctured, and covered in yellow paint.
How the f--k hard were they not looking to miss THAT bad of a dent/puncture COVERED IN YELLOW. Do they understand how humiliating that is? How dangerous it was to drive around with an incendiary risk for 10 months? How much we could have haggled more knowing that big of a fix needed to be made? How many times did I have it in and nobody said s--t about the yellow paint??
It wasn't covered by the warranty because it was collision damage and it wasn't covered by insurance because we bought it like that.
I took it to them and bought it because they told me it was safe.
My mind boggles and how badly I've been treated as a customer. How absolutely hazardous this could have been for me. The absurd amount of negligence.

Definitely won't recommend. They had left me with a bad brake job that I had to go get fixed elsewhere. After driving it the same day I picked my car up from Courtesy Auto, which is when I noticed some grinding noises, I called a mobile mechanic and they told me that they left a part loose which I got to see myself. The Mobile mechanic company fixed it on the spot. I will never go back to courtesy auto as they clearly do not take safety seriously.

my f250 needed a brake job, after going to 3 other places it was getting frustrating. Stopped here, they said they could look at them now, made me happy. then I was informed they could do it today and finish today. My brain almost exploded ?. even used a loaner car to go back home. thank you very much.
