The parking lots need to be more lit. Existing outdoor lights on some of the building don't work or very dim.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Whatever you do, do not rent here. The apartment was a horrible, tons of damage and smelled horrible too. People working there are incompetent. Regularly saw people doing drugs in the parking lot. Then when I moved out I was hit with a 3000$ bill. They changed me for every little thing they could possibly find, even things that were there when I moved in and things that should have fallen under regular maintenance. I've never had this happen to me before and I've never lived in such a run down nasty apartment. Especially for how much they charge for rent, when other apartments are charging the same price for a newly renovated modern apartment.

So let's start off with the situation that happened. I lived with my old roommates and their two kids I kept giving my rent money while my old roommates never put anything towards the rent at all. I found out that said roommates where pocketing the money. I talked to the landlords about the whole ordeal. I decided to leave that terrible situation that I was trapped in since it became month to month. Though there was a balance still there I left before the roommates and they were still actively living there. At first I thought I was still responsible since the landlords let me go from everything the lease the system everything. They told me at first if I owed anything they'd send it to me in the mail. They'd also said they'd give me a call and email me as well. That never happened so months later in June like late June . I finally get in contact with one of the landlords Amanda and she tells me I don't have a balance and that my name isn't on anything. It's not on the lease it's not on the papers for the procecuting office . I asked so that means I don't have anything owed she said that's correct and that they couldn't make me pay anything back nor could they accept anything from nor could they talk to me about anything that going on in the apartment. Since I left while the other party was still there. I got told I was good to go and to have a nice life. So fast forward to this month I apply for a townhouse that's somewhere else and since I'm living with my father for the time being. They pulled up a much older application from that place way before I left and then I had to get stuff from the college pointe apartments for rental history since I do not have anything on there from the place nor do I have a balance either. The landlords are now trying to say that owe them money which Is a tactic to try and get someone to be the fall guy since the last ones there didn't pay anything . They've been messing with my living situation and are preventing me from moving into a much better environment. When on my vacancy form it says I have completed my obligations the landlords realeased me from the complex and everything else. Now they're trying to say the roommates realeased me which isn't true. I wanted was a paper stating that I'm good and didn't owe anything which I don't cause it would've already showed up on my rental history and credit reports. These people are hardly there Jessica leaves whever she wants and Amanda is hardly ever there I've stopped through many times they're never there I've only gotten to them about ,3-4 times while they never talk to me and have been avoiding me .

Love the apartment and the view! The manager was nice as well! The only thing we concerned about that it is too small for two people and two dogs. We expect they have their own backyard instead of public backyard. :D

We lived here for less than a year and the rent went from 1,900 to 2,365. We complained to the office many times about the neighbors going through our groceries that we would carry to the door and then run back to the car to get the rest. We had multiple packages stolen from the front door. Don’t even try to order around Christmas time. You’ll only break your own heart by having to replace all your kids gifts that were stolen by your neighbors.I’m extremely frustrated due to them keeping our entire deposit and then charging us an extra $325.00.I have never not received almost my entire deposit back. With the exception of 100-200 for drip pans on the stove and a hole that we had patched up from my kids head going through the wall. Even then, I still got a good chunk back until now.The office staff is friendly but lack any sense of professionalism. I know they don’t make the rules, but I couldn’t imagine working for a company that makes up their own rules as they go. They tell you one thing “off the record” and then they say it was never said. When you move out they don’t do a walk through with you, and you won’t hear back about deposits for over 30 days. I wish I would have taken move out photos, but I always believe the best in people and companies and that’s truly my own fault. Best advice to any families considering moving in here is to keep looking. Something better will come up.

Good morning Jennifer,I’m a resident of College Pointe apartments. I’ve lived in apartments most of my life by choice, mostly for the convenience. Some of my communities were wonderful and others as nightmares not worth mentioning.I wanted to address the staff of Jessica, Amanda, Brit, Luke, Jo, Jose, and I know there are a few more, they are just wonderful!Jessica and Amanda are a prefect office team, caring for their community shown by their actions. It means so much that they can be depended on to follow through and do whatever is best for our community, especially nice is they don’t complain about it. I’ve seen them walk the grounds, get their hands dirty so to speak, that alone shows their level of dedication. I believe they do their best to make us all feel like valued and safe residents!Brit and his team, their efforts of keeping our community in proper working order do not go unnoticed. They are quick, efficient, hard working, and polite with any interactions between them and our household! I appreciate how hard they work to keep an older property running at its best! I’ve seen them interact with other residents even driving through our community, they always seem like they’re listening and trying to come up with the best solution on all sides; at least that has been my experience! They are by far one of the best office & maintenance teams I’ve encountered! They make this a better place to live because of their attitudes and dedication to us, to put it plainly, a well oiled machine!Thank you for taking the time to read this and even more for keeping quality people like them on your staff!

Do not recommend unless you are in a pinch and can't find anywhere else to move into. My husband and I moved there due to his job relocation and it was a desperate move in order to find something during the Covid pandemic. The gal at the front desk is awesome but the apartment complex is a dump for the amount of money that you pay each month. Trust the negative reviews. They are not wrong about ANYTHING.

EDIT: Went ahead and knocked them down from 2 stars to 1 after receiving a collections letter from these folks 10 months after I paid the move out charges in full. Do not do business with these people, if they're too incompetent to receive packages, then they're too incompetent to be trusted with your credit.Jacked up the rent $400 over the course of 3 years. Getting things fixed/replaced could often be a matter of months and in one case years of failed attempts by a well meaning maintenance staff who are handicapped by penny pinching management. Also, if you decide to rent here, be prepared to drive across town to the post office as the office has been deemed too incompetent to hold packages by the USPS. You should also be prepared to have your unit constantly "inspected" whenever management decides someone in your building is using more water than they'd like.Basically you should only rent here if you're desperate and are only planning on staying for one lease cycle. Otherwise you'll find yourself in a decaying apartment for which you'll be paying entirely too much and driving across town every time you order a package. Only going with 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't rip me off too badly on the move out and the maintenance staff was always pretty nice. The office was only good for slapping notes on the door constantly and never being available to accept a rent check.

My fiancé and I have lived here for a little over a year. While the complex is fairly old, it is very livable/affordable. My only complaints are that the office rarely answers the phone and the property isn't kept up on as much as it could be. However we love it here. Very pet friendly, nicely sized apartments and great neighbors. I work at an apartment complex that is on the higher end. If you were to compare them there would be a huge difference, but all in all this is a great place to live if you aren't looking for anything fancy. Everyone seems to keep to themselves as well.
