Don't answer their phone at the branch and no way to leave a message for a mortgage banker. Also, no one will give you the mortgage banker phone number or hours or their daily locations (as this person services more than one branch). How does one get a mortgage???

I drove 30 miles on a Saturday because online they said they were open. However they are not. I’ve just wasted time and gas and the return bus ticket I am going to need is going to be even more expensive on Monday. Thanks for screwing me chase once again. I hope cryptocurrency takes over and puts you out or ai scams the whole world till money is meaningless. Just I hope if it’s going to be bad let it b truly bad so that we can rebuild with knowledge and perspective not the same greedy office jockeys. Now I gotta drive 30 miles back totaling 60 something miles that’s like $12 I didn’t want to spend to begin with.

The service i received at the Lacey location was excellent. Not only were two tellers respectful and kind, they were supportive , instructional and quick to respond. I was totally impressed by Carmen and Jami when I needed this bank to respond to internet issues regarding my new Amazon credit/Chase card. And the Saturday hours was a lifesaver for me. Great job guys!!

Good bank, but their lollipops are terrible! The flavor was alright, but the stick was sticking out of the side leading to terrible mouth feel. I took a picture to show you, but by this time I had already eaten it, so you’ll just have to trust me on this one. Three stars.

Went to cash a check that was drawn on Chase Bank and I provided my chase bank account and they wouldn’t cash the check. Unbelievable.

My experience left me feeling like Chase doesn't value my business. Their employee told me they couldn't open a new account for me because it was 12 minutes to five. I was in line for almost ten minutes. I explained that I had taken time off work to be there during their business hours but she was unpursuaded. I explained it would be difficult for me to come back some other time any earlier and if they couldn't help me, I would have to take my business elsewhere. She was like "ok". Very disappointed.

They clearly do not value their customers. They don't make sure you have everything you need. Don't offer you cash or anything. The greetings are fake and phony if they greet you at all. I'm switching banks because of this.

Went into the bank yesterday to open an account for my daughter. We deposited a large cashier's check with the guarantee directly from the bank manager that while there was a hold on the check yesterday, we would be able to get the hold cleared up today and my daughter would be able to withdraw part of the money to buy herself a car. Today we were told that none of that was true, the bank manager lied directly to our faces. My daughter's money will be on hold until the beginning of Nov and there is nothing we can do about it. The hold department from the Chase 1800 line is completely clear that the manager could have easily stopped all of this from happening but chose not to. She also, while I was speaking to an associate, told my daughter that it would take them a day to be able to even give her $6000 from the check because they didn't have it on hand to give out. If I had heard that, it is a large enough red flag that I would never have handed them a check and would have walked out immediately. My daughter is heartbroken and now cannot start her new job because she has no car, even though she earned the money for it. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a teenager who is new to banking, she no longer trusts banks at all!

Their employees dispose of confidential banking information and data in the trash can outside the building, thats unguarded and unlocked. This level of carelessness is endemic of their overall quality. If you need anything besides a talking atm look elsewhere. At least the atm doesn't talk down to you
