I bought a car from a used car dealership and took it to Champion Automotive to get it inspected a few weeks ago. Lo and behold I was sold a LEMON. They told me my new car was totally rusted out. Rather than trying to nickel and dime me into getting endless repairs at their shop, they advised I get another car because it would be more worth my money and time than trying to repair that hunk of junk (and they were right!). I came back later and asked them to highlight safety issues on the car for me, asked about how much it would be to repair all of the damage, etc. so that I could file a complaint with the court to get my money back. They were more than happy to help!

Mr. Dennis was so AWESOME! He was HONEST and DIDN'T CHARGE me for a service I didn't need. His prices are very REASONABLE. He supports the military and really IS NOT out to take advantage of people! I will DEFINITELY be returning and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone! ??????

AAA towed my car to Champion Auto Repair and the guy who was working on Saturday 4/20/24 was super nice and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with my car and give me great information... I would recommend every in lacey, and surrounding areas to support this auto shop because they are real Champions. Thank you again Champion Auto Shop for your great service and advice ?

I took my 2017 Kia Forte in to have it diagnosed since I didn't know why it was running so bad. Not only was he able to find the issue, he was open and honest and fixed it. I assumed it was something different and even had a different part for him to replace but his honesty prevented an added expense for labor that wasn't needed. I will not take my car anywhere else in the future. I appreciate my new mechanic and Champion Auto Repair! YOU ROCK! THANKS AGAIN!

Dennis and Randy are wonderful. Super nice guys to work with. I've really only had regular maintenance done to my vehicles. Always fairly priced and fast. They answer my questions when I have them. I've been in several times where walk I. Customers come ask questions about vehicles they are trying to fix themselves and they answer questions for people that are trying to do repairs on their own. I would definitely recommend this business for honesty and integrity.

Not sure how they got a 4.6 rating. Sketchy shop, poor customer service, and they messed up my vehicle just by looking at it. They did not apologize, or offer to fix what they did. Not to mention they quoted me one price over the phone, got there, and the price was tripled. So I left promptly.

After clearly taking apart parts to my vehicle and then not being able to find the right parts to replace them I was denied a receipt because owner did not want “liability of the work done”. He figured not giving me a receipt would mean there was no proof they did work. They had my vehicle for 24hrs and he blamed me for the fact they had to do work and that I didn’t know the parts on my truck that needed replaced. It ended up being parts he couldn’t track down.
