Trishele is amazing! She is such a great professional that really takes her time to listen to you. She ensured that I was comfortable and made me feel so welcome. You can tell that she loves what she does and it shows. I love how she did my hair!

This is absolutely ? 1 of the top salons in thurston county. I scheduled a surprise hair and color appointment for my wife here. Alyssa (stylist) completely took care of everything for me and I was able to bring beverages and snacks in for my wife, and she was able to hang out with mom while she got her hair did.I do not know a lot about what what happens in womens hair salons but my wife felt completely pampered and her hair looks amazing and it was everything she wanted plus she got to have fun conversations with the staff (which btw was incredible).Guys, if you're looking to pamper your special someone or ladies if you're looking for a salon that you can trust and build relationships with, then you need to start coming here but cause it does not get much better. They will accommodate you. You just have to ask. Thank you, Blue Sparrow, for my wifes special day. She will be back.

So I never got my hair done by this salon d/t the hairdresser canceling on me for an emergency day of… understandable. She said she would get back to me as soon as possible to rebook. Well that was last month and she never reached back out to me. I understand things pop up but at least follow through? Sucks because I have a 4 month old and had to find a baby sitter for my hair.Just a new mom who wanted some self care. I don’t recommend do to lack of professionalism.Service: Balayage
