Everything I needed in one place, although, I gave them my square footage of 77 sq ft and they said a quart would cover it. It didn't. This was $40 a quarter and I live 40 minutes away. But, they were nice and carried my paint to the car ?

They now have Benjamin More Element Guard that is made specifically for our houses on the coast. It is made to stand up to the salt air. The paint goes on smooth and covers well. Just a few brush strokes and you will notice how much better it is to work with this paint over the cheap stuff.

First time in the store. The customer service is excellent and he got our order out quickly. The only drawback is the price of the paint is very expensive compared to the other paint stores. If the customer wants Benjamin Moore than I would use it again but to be competitive I don't think I could use it for other bid jobs.

Best customer service I've ever had in a hime supply store they git me the concrete sealer I 2as looking for the next day when everywhere else said it was going to be a week thiwr manager actually picked it up from a different store miles away for me .... the sales people are actual sales people at the Mallory store that have a good understanding of the upsell without being pushy keep it up guys

Exceptional customer service! The staff at this location are knowledgeable, patient and kind. I've bought my paint here for multiple projects (kitchen, bedrooms and covering wood paneling) and each time they helped me select the best products for my project and weren't trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. I'll be returning for all of my paint needs in the future.

On January 20, 2022 at 8:30am I walked into my local Mallory Paint store to buy a gallon of Benjamin Moore Aura Bath & Spa paint for $87. When I opened the door a loud bell sounded to alert the employee that I was there. Nobody home. So I walk around a little and I see an employee sitting at a computer with headphones on. Ok, maybe he’s doing work stuff. He looks at me and says nothing and does nothing. After 15 min I ask him if he’s the only one working and he says “yes, can I help you?” No you can’t help me because you don’t want to help me. I had to go to DT Olympia to get this paint from a different Benjamin Moore dealer. I will NEVER take my business to Mallory Paint again.

As a local painter in the area I always feel welcome in the store. Friendly staff and very knowledge. When I have questions about Benjamin Moore paint products they have answer.
