I’d give Jesse 10/10 if the stars would let me. Called about a week in advance for an appointment for an IGLA and Compustar system combo on my Charger. He shifted his schedule around and accommodated me for an early install. I was also in the middle of moving and asked if he could have the car ready around 3, he went above and beyond and finished at 1. He took the time to explain every little thing about the systems with me and let me ask any questions without making me feel stupid. Exceptional work, no wires showing, my car was still clean, and cannot say enough about his incredible work ethic. Trust him with your business, he’s worth every penny!

Communication was stellar! Had exactly what I was looking for and no hassle sales. I felt welcomed and appreciated with a side of heard on what I needed.Installed Sony stereo, Bluetooth mic, back up camera, and fixed my steering wheel controls harness.I'm super pleased and would use again and highly recommend :)

I highly recommend Audio Northwest to service your vehicle. I needed to get my passenger side door speaker replaced, and Jesse not only did it at a fair price, but it only took him 15 minutes to get it done. I’m beyond impressed with my experience.

Just had IGLA and Drone installed on my 23 TRX, thank you Jesse for the small talk about the car in the showroom, Solomon for a clean perfect install and Kristen for answering all of my questions prior to install. Great job team! I can now sleep at night knowing my truck is protected!!!

I am beyond incredibly happy with my Audio Northwest experience and look forward to continuing to use the services they provide. After my vehicle was stolen, I wanted a solid security system with tracking capability installed in my vehicle. Audio Northwest not only made that happen for me very quickly, but also at a fair price. I am extremely impressed with the staff and ownership. I am a customer for life!!!

Hands down the best customer service I've had with car audio.Upon first contact with Jesse, I explained what I wanted installed(custom tweeters mounted) and he was passionate about working along with me, picking my brain to determine an end result that I am happy with.That was 100 percent true when they got installed today. Beyond happy with the job and even more, the customer service. These are professionals, and I will go there for any and all future car audio needs.

Brought my 2006 Ford Escape hybrid in to get a radio and sub intalled that I had bought off amazon. Audio NW did a fantastic job given the parts I gave them. Granted, my choice in a compact subwoofer could have been better, but the quality of the work done was fantastic. I even came back a few days later to ask them questions about my setup, and they were happy to answer them for me. My commute to them is also extremely convenient given that they're next door to the St. Martin's dorms where I live. Would definitely come here again for a future project, tho next time I'll prob let Audo NW choose the parts, or give me feedback on parts I choose lol.

Excellent service, and love that we can support a local business. These guys are perfectionists and called a couple of times while installing our Sony 10.1" head unit and a couple of speakers in our RV. Very professional, I would not hesitate to use them again (and in fact plan to with another vehicle).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Audio Northwest to have an Igla Immobilizer system installed in my car, and I must say that it was well worth the two-hour drive. The team at Audio Northwest, led by Jesse, did an outstanding job from start to finish.Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns and recommend the best system for my needs. The installation itself was done to the highest standard, and I felt completely confident in the team's abilities.After the installation was complete, Jesse took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. He went through every aspect of the system, making sure that I fully understood how it worked and how to use it effectively. His patience and expertise were greatly appreciated, and I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I had received.Overall, I cannot recommend Audio Northwest and Jesse highly enough. They did an amazing job, and their professionalism and attention to detail were truly exceptional. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy team to install an immobilizer system in your car, I would definitely recommend Audio Northwest.
