We needed a new fridge but didn't have a large budget so we went to appliances 4 less in lacey. They had a pretty big selection of appliances with minor dings and scratches. The staff was super helpful and the fridge works great. Definitely recommended

As a new customer of Appliance 4 Less Lacey, I purchased a refrigerator from them. I had a wonderful experience with the delivery driver, Jim, who was courteous, helpful, and friendly.Jim demonstrated his expertise and professionalism by safely installing the new refrigerator, removing the old one and fixed the leaking. He also engaged me in a pleasant conversation and made me feel valued and appreciated. Jim is an exemplary employee and a great representative of the business.

I have had the BEST experience with Appliances 4 less. I purchased my fridge here the experience with ACIMA was good and I got a good deal. They wrap the appliances up securely and with care for your delivery or pickup. I got a fridge, Washer, and Dryer. The manager was available every step of the way and went above and beyond to send me a photo of my warranty paperwork after I lost it (7 months later). The fridge ended up malfunctioning due to a manufacturer defect and they were ON it. Had a tech come out and look at it and got me a new fridge next day same exact fridge honestly in better condition dent wise then my original. Warranty was easy to navigate not too many hoops to jump through. The gentleman that delivered my fridge was so kind and patient and went above and beyond to ensure we got the fridge in safely and the old one out safely. I love that when I got my replacement fridge they were willing to haul the old one away. I highly recommend you going here if you are looking for something nice and affordable and the financing options are reasonable for people who may not have the best credit.

As a current customer of this fine establishment, I would love to say my experiences with this organization are impressive. Besides the excellent product and decent prices, I had a fantastic encounter with the delivery driver named Jim. He is a private contractor at Jayce Trucking. However, he is Great for businesses. Jim was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He was proficient in doing his job well and accepted the curiosity of my two children, who made sure to ask 101 questions in his short time frame ?. Interacting with him felt like we had known each other for years; he is such a great guy!I highly recommend the business and his present.Thank you, Jim.

Purchased a stove here. Questions were answered, communication was good and was able to get delivery and setup quickly.Great customer service!! I will definitely come here again to buy more appliances....

Had a fridge delivered 2-17-24, and since Jayce Trucking has been texting and harassing my mother who has cancer, threating if she doesn't pay him he will sue her, we had a contract with appliance 4 less, not whatever side gig they hire to deliver.....we have returned the fridge and will never do business with them again. STAY FAR AWAY TO STAY SAFE

This business has been great to work with. They are very responsive and fix issues right away, from Yolanda (who works in the store) to Jim ( who delivered and set everything up) the service has been excellent!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I purchased all my appliances from here less than a year ago. They take off the LG serial number tag and replace it with a made up serial number. They did this on all the appliances I purchased. Well not even a year later and I’m trying to get my washing machine repaired. LG WILL NOT SERVICE the washer since there’s no serial number. It’s still under warranty with the purchase and I’ve been fighting with the warranty company and LG. They said they can’t help me and I don’t have a serial number to even order parts. The store never told me they put their own serial number on the appliances. BUYER BEWARE. The company CPS says they can’t find an LG dealer to fix the washer since they switched the serial numbers. So the 1 year warranty is no good that they offer. I’m so mad that now I have to go purchase a new washing machine. I thought buying scratch and dent was a good idea but in the long run, it’s going to cost me way more since I’m replacing a new washer less than a year later. Super disappointed. There’s no record in your system because you spelt my last name wrong on my invoice?
