Great way to tone and strengthen muscles. Wonderful staff who make the 15 minute workout fun and effective. I have Cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders, but they make adjustments to the weight machines for me and others so it's safe and effective.

I hate exercise!. 15 minutes a week is about right for me. I hate the 15 minutes, though my Inquisitors are very nice. But I am so much stronger! Haven't lost a pound, but lots of weight redistribution. I come out feeling I have accomplished something.
