This 7-11 was a bit of a shock. Music so loud we could barely hear ourselves speaking. Only 1 worker who ignored us while we waited at till for him to ring us. He was fullfilling delivery orders, which is understandable if he is alone, but should always be polite to customer & tell them you'll be with them in a moment. No decaf coffee, which was a bummer.

Beware, there are card skimmers here! I stopped here on Sunday to get gas and buy some snacks. A couple days later someone is committing fraud with my debit card information. I will be notifying 7/11 corporate, Lacey PD, and the Thurston County Sheriff.

For the most part, this location is great, it's clean, well stocked, and usually has plenty of food available. My only issue, and it's the reason I did two stars rather than higher, is there's one girl that works there with brown hair and glasses a bit larger?, that has horrible customer service and will always try and give you the oldest or worst food that they have available that's behind the rest, no other employees have ever tried to do this to me, just this girl. Again wouldn't be an issue but she is usually the one that is at the location when I'm there. If I end up having less interaction with her going forward I may change in my review.

I really like the people that work here, and own the store. They are really nice people, very helpful and polite. I'm going to go here when I'm going to the dog park with my service dog so she can run and play with other dogs. Thank you to to people that were working in the store this morning for helping me.

Probably the best 7/11 around no joke. It's frustrating that both sides having understanding issue but other then that. Great customer service, not all "watch them" vibe. Weren't mean and it was super clean.

Not really impressive for a modern 7-eleven. Lots of times out of inventory. Customer service tends to be lazy. One time the Coke ran out instead of changing it so customers could get the drink they want. The woman said it's out pick something else and went on with her conversation with an employee about irrelevant business. Need to watch them ringing up items. They charged $6 for an item that was 2/$4. I missed catching it until I got home and saw the email receipt. Nevertheless, it's still better than AM/PM since more crime happens towards that area.

Your graveyard person who wears glasses is rude and has horrible customer service. I use to work for a 7-Eleven & I would never treat a customer who came in asking a question about a gas transaction the way I was treated
