I wish I could leave a zero star rating. As a boater you need mechanics and a
Company you can count on. This company is not one you can count on. All you can count on is they will bill more than they should and they will be extremely rude when you question why and how they bill. Never again. Highly recommend you look elsewhere .

Stay away from this company. Sounds like ownership changed and they are actively overcharging and neglecting very important maintenance items on boats. We will never do business with this company again.

We loved Latitude Marine Services under Patrick's ownership so thought we would give them a go under the new management group. They damaged our boat putting it back in the water, when I initially sent photos they were cordial , sent their paint guy out and asked for the brand and color paint required. 3 weeks later we were told they had no intention of fixing the paint and that we used the travel lift at our own risk. We were really disappointed. Seriously, they didn't deny they had caused the damage they just refused to fix it. Who does that? And what does that mean, if they put the strap in the wrong place and cause hull damage, oh well. If they drop the boat while putting it in or out of the water, sorry. I would not recommend this yard to anyone, I cannot in good conscience do so.. and that is really sad. Anyone with a boat knows that time in the yard is expensive.

Very fine work by Nick and his crew at 3CCanvas. We needed replacement of an aft curtain aboard our 4087; Nick communicated clearly throughout the process, underpromised and overperformed. Three days from notification that he needed access to our boat...to installation. Fit and finish is excellent, and the design is better than the one replaced. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd time I have used Latitude for boat services. The first time was last year when my 32' Carver went in for bottom paint. They had the best price in town with their package deal that included the haul out. I had them do some other mechanical stuff too. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I sold that boat and picked up a 40' boat that need water pumps, some painting, some electrical, oils changed etc. I dropped the boat off on a Friday and told them I needed the boat back by the following Friday and it was ready just as promised and within budget after I had them do a couple of extra things. Highly recommend Eddie, Patrick, Jake and Catherine.
