We received a great service from Seth Milasich (our loan officer) and Kevin Pennington from day one. They were always available (even on weekends) and guided us all the way throgh the process as first time buyers. Seth made sure we got the best rate possible given market conditions. Both Seth and Kevin always communicated every step in detail and genuinely cared about us. Seth and Kevin have earned lifelong clients in us; we highly recommend them to anyone in search of mortgage services.

Ken Smith was absolutely incredible in helping us buy our first home. He gave an hour long consultation to walk me through the steps and answer all my questions before writing a preapproval letter while on vacation during President's Day Weekend. Without his quick response and outside of normal business hour work, we would have lost the house. Ken was always available to answer any and all questions - even when I asked them 2-3 times for clarification. He shopped around for the best rate. After closing, he has still been active in checking up on us and making sure we are satisfied. I truly believe he wants to find people good homes and he cares about his clients. I will be working with him in the future whether it be a refinance or for a new purchase. I cannot recommend Ken and his team enough!

This place is awesome they really care about the relationships that they build with they're customer's. They're very thorough in explaining the process. The knowledge that was poured into me when I went to drop off paperwork was awesome. Because people can always do business with you but when someone takes tme out of there day To tell you about life and growth and just what it takes to have patience and empathy and never forgetting where you come from is key To just be honest and understanding the process of home buying . Which is stressful but when you work hard good things will happen.
