This place has got to be the worst run pharmacy in Western history. They often are closed at lunchtime, and other times. But, you have to come here to find out. Also, they are often out of whatever prescription you might need. Or, they may decide to change the number of pills they will dispense. If Walgreens could just shut down this location then maybe a competent pharmacy could open up in its place. Also, I suggest that they send the inept management to remedial training.

The retail portion of this store is fine. The Pharmacy is so bad the place should be shut down. I fail to believe the workers are even holders of qualified licenses. The Pharmacy portion of this store should be shut down and all new employees brought in from a different Walgreens where the Pharmacy is staffed by Professionals.

I've had nothing but good service here, both in the pharmacy and regular check out up front. The pharmacy staff here are always slammed, and I always see customers getting angry, rude, and super impatient. Kindness goes a long way, and the pharmacy staff are not just chilling - I've sat and waited for my script and watched them, and they are multi tasking and doing the best they can. I've brought in new prescriptions to refills, and they've always filled them in a timely manner, called my name if I'm wandering the store, and are always super nice! I like the sales they have on their holiday items after the holiday is over (sometimes things are 70% off!). They also have a decent make up and nails section, and a lot of things to peruse if you're waiting for your prescription.

Walgreens isn't going to read this but I really hope they do so they can figure out why this location is so azz. Everything in their pharmacy needs work, from phone holds for an hour(my max is 2 hours) to the unhelpful staff. Everyone just looks like they're over it and ready to clock out. There is only one person out of the 50+ times I've been there who's ever smiled and I wish her the best in a toxic environment. I can consistently bond w random customers just by how horrible it's ran. Here is an example of what happened to me this week. I called for my prescription on Tuesday and they said it would be finished on Wednesday. Today is Friday I get a call saying it's delayed until Monday. How is the estimate so off and even still why did it take so long to notify? WE'RE TALKING ABOUT MEDICATIONS, NOT SOMETHING SMALL LIKE FOOD SERVICE. They need to hire more staff, or maybe get a coffee machine in the breakroom cuz everything they do is slow.

This may be the worst pharmacy I have encountered. Horrible service. On hold for an hour. Rude employees. Unorganized. So few options around me - incredibly disappointing.

This location is THE WORST!!!! Their pharmacy has the worst costumer service and they are always out of stock or alert me that my prescriptions are ready when they are not! I've had to come back multiple times for them to tell me it's still not ready after getting many alerts. The lady in front of me also was upset that they didn't have her prescriptions either. Changing pharmacies.

They will NEVER answer phone calls in the pharmacy. I have been on hold for over an hour day after day. No matter the day of the week or the time of day, they will not answer the phone. It's been months since they've answered. I've even gone out of my way a few times to call the actual store and let them know the pharmacy doesn't answer. The store itself will even transfer me..and the pharmacy just won't answer. It's actually so messed up.

I made an on-line appointment to get an RSV vaccination, and they listed themselves as having the vaccine available. When I showed up, they didn't have the RSV vaccine, said they were sold out. How could they accept an appointment to administer a vaccine they didn't have? If they had it some time before, how could they not reserve it for the people with whom they'd accepted and confirmed on-line appointments. Turns out, I wasn't the only person who'd made an appointment only to be turned away. To add insult to injury, the staff said they didn't control the appointments, that the corporate web site made appointments whether they had the vaccine or not. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager, or accept the complaint ... they basically just shrugged it off. They didn't accept responsibility for the problem, nor did they seem to think that the company had to acknowledge the mistake, no matter whose fault it was internally. I just got the "it's not my problem" response from the staff, and an indifferent shrug. UGH! What terrible customer service! I will note that I have had reasonable customer service from them in the past, otherwise this would have been a 1-star review.

repetitive horrible experience with pharmacy staff. unacceptable business behavior with phone calls and put me on hold multiple times after being on hold for an hour. when you call the location's number and ask for pharmacy it puts you in a queue line no matter what time of day it is, and you're stuck in that with "3 callers ahead waiting" for a good 35 minutes until it starts to minimize. when you finally get to your turn- the associate mistook us for an insurance agency and then said "oh you're not insurance- hold on" then left me on hold again. he came back and said "who's this? have I helped you already?" and I said no, and he said "ok I'll be right back." he never came back. instead it went from the waiting line to just ringing for 30 seconds before it hung up on me. after an HOUR of dealing with this bs. on top of that, they are completely incompetent on fixing RXs or communicating at all, with patients or with providers, and with insurance. I love Walgreens's medication management abilities which is why when I moved here I chose this location as its closest to my house but I've never experienced such horrible customer service with a pharmacy before until this location. extremely disappointed and when reading the other reviews for this location, I see that other patients are also having similar experiences and it makes me sad that people who rely on medication for health concerns and overall well-being are not being treated properly by the one place that is meant for that. absolutely ridiculous

They tell you your medication is on back order. I find a pharmacy with this med in stock. I ask to have it transferred and they say they never received the order from the Doctor. How does this happen?

I witnessed a very unfortunate event today displayed by a Walgreens manager named Barbara. I was at the checkstand with my purchases and was helped by a very upbeat, funny & pleasant employee whose first name begins with J. He was great and we were having friendly banter about my elderly mom's silly birthday wishlist that I was attempting to fill today. As he was ringing up my restaurant gift card, Barbara barged up and told him that I had to pay with a debit card with a pin. He seemed confused (as did I) because that is for sure not the policy. I have bought these gift cards many, many times before at this store with my Visa. He asked why and she said his name twice in a stern voice as if scolding a child. It was unbelievable. He was confused and asked politely if he was not supposed to ask that, and she never did answer him. I told her that he simply wanted to know the policy and reasoning as did I and she stomped off. I did end up paying with a credit card (J did not know this, I told him it was a debit - I wanted to actually see if she was being truthful and she was not as I suspected). Why is she telling fellow employees and customers this?? She was on a major power trip for sure! I am shocked that Barbara feels entitled to speak to another human being this way. Even more shocked she did it in the presence of a customer. It was humiliating and I felt awful for J. He was obviously upset, understandably. He even wished me a good day in a happy way while noticeably upset. I don't know if her bias and prejudice was against me or J or both of us. She was just disrespectful, mean, and rude. For the employee, this could spell a discrimination lawsuit for sure. I will be following up with the store general manager as well as Walgreens Corporate HQ. In this day and age, this old school, abusive management style is not acceptable. The sad thing is Walgreens promotes a person like this, while J was welcoming and pleasant, forcing him to endure her abusive behavior. I have to wonder if this representative of Walgreens values. If so, they have lost my business for life!
