Bad customer service. Got my wife's prescription wrong- someone else's medicine!!! I went there for my own prescription 3 times in 1 day and still were not ready. NEVER answer the phone anymore- on hold 30 minutes. When I got there, Nobody picking up the phone at all.
Switching pharmacies. Terrible...

Pharmacy is extremely slow. Go somewhere else. Otherwise it's a normal Walgreens.

I came in for a scheduled vaccine appointment for my son, and I was told to come back later as they had only 1 person at work. I just felt it was a waste of time coming here on a Sunday.

I go to Walgreens because of Julie, she always treats customers with smile & helps them very quickly, she knows where is everything. She went above and beyond to help us with the photo printouts.

Came in for a passport photo for my 15 month old. I had actually been turned away from another Walgreens. But Julie (night manager?) there was so patient and had a special trick to ensure we could get a good photo even with a cranky crying little one. Not only that but upon check out my guy Santiago was just so friendly and had a great energy and vibe. Overall probably the best customer experience I've ever had at a pharmacy store. I'll drive out of the way to come here again vs the walgreens closer to me. Great team.

I have been noting about the services and off late it has been a amazing experience overall. Be it the friendly customer service or apt suggestions when you are searching for an item or lost in the store :) Special mentions needs to go to Cori and Julie. And the Photo Kiosk is great, they know their stuff and are mindful addressing the requirements appropriately (photos have different specifications / sizing requirements )
Great customer service and good Job, Keep this going.

I avoid this drugstore as much as possible. The service is mind blowingly slow. In addition, if you order prints from photos they will never be done within the estimation given. Last time I went here for photos, I arrived five hours after the prints were supposed to be done and they literally told me I’d need to wait another day or two. Insane!!

Not the place to get your meds filled. This was a while back but I started coming here cause it was open 24 hours and I could avoid the elderly who insist on waiting at the window after dropping a prescription off. Well they changed that quickly. Sub par phone system. They will call to tell me meds are ready only to have to "come back in about 30 minutes they're not quite ready yet" when I show up. Consistently. I know it's not all the pharmacists fault, but it can't all be the computers either.

This place has got to be the worst run pharmacy in Western history. They often are closed at lunchtime, and other times. But, you have to come here to find out. Also, they are often out of whatever prescription you might need. Or, they may decide to change the number of pills they will dispense. If Walgreens could just shut down this location then maybe a competent pharmacy could open up in its place. Also, I suggest that they send the inept management to remedial training.

Not worth a single star if I was able they would get negative. Had a emergency needed some meds and it says 6 am open online and at store yet the workers car is outside but has the door locked even though they are supposed to be open.

Appointment or not they will take over an hour for covid testing. Don't bother calling ahead about prescriptions they won't fill it when they say they will. Their customer service is absolute garbage, cashier is rude and condescending, borderline yelling at customers. Walgreens will never have my business again, going here is not worth the hassle.
