I feel terrible for the people working here. Completely understaffed and often out of pharmaceuticals. Average wait in line for pick up 30 min+ for already filled item.

Made an appointment for a flu shot at 3:20. Got in line for the pharmacy at 2:55. Got to the counter and checked in at 3:15. Got called back for the shot at 4:12.
There were only three other shots given during the hour I was waiting. There were also 8 people working in the pharmacy, so it wasn't a short staffing issue.
If you have the option, go literally anywhere else.

Beware, this store sells leftover products close to their expiration date, for example it is now July 2024, and I just got sunblock there that expires in October 2024, only 4 months. And I paid full retail price for it, it wasn’t on sale or anything.

Worst worst worst!! They don’t value anyones time. Booked an appointment for 8:30 and had wait for 1:30 hours without any information. They keep telling: we’re short on staff, vaccine takes time to mix up, blah blah.
Suggestions: they should value customers time and have a courtesy to call customers and let them know about any delay so they can plan it.

This Walgreens seriously needs to hire more staff in the pharmacy or switch to 24 hours.
Last week the drive through line for the pharmacy was backed up. So I went inside and stood in a 10 person line for 20 minutes. And this was at almost 9pm on a Tuesday. I also could not understand a word the pharmacist was saying- she was wearing a mask and behind one of those stupid plastic dividers.
Today I had to go pick up a prescription and decided to go through the drive through. I sat in a line for 30 minutes and got no where. I ended up having to leave without my prescription because I was late to my next stop.
30 minutes to pick up a prescription? It doesn’t seem like it matters what day or time it is, this place is a hot mess.

I work at a healthcare provider’s office and recently called in a prescription for a patient. Despite confirming details with the pharmacy, the patient reported that the prescription was not received. I had to call it in once more. Unfortunately, my interaction with the pharmacist was extremely unpleasant, to the point that I’ve decided not to use this pharmacy for our patients in the future.
