I love this pharmacy. The hold music you hear when trying to figure out why they can’t fill your prescription on time is charming and the good news is you get to hear a lot of it before eventually speaking to a worker who loves their job so much they want to be the only one doing it. The drive through is a phenomenal way to practice patience and exist undisturbed for anywhere from a half an hour to an hour. Using this pharmacy has been a great and unexpected way to experience what it feels like to miss doses of medication, and isn’t knowledge power? You might be thinking “Gee, this person sounds maybe a little unstable” and my doctor thinks so too. But this pharmacy doesn’t see it as a problem, and that’s nice of them. So, to summarize, if you have a medical condition that doesn’t need treatment and lots of time you’re interested in investing in pursuing medication, this is the Walgreens for you!

This pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for me. I've utilized their services since before Covid. Have I had to wait sometimes, yes. I have waited at many pharmacies. When I moved from Kirkland to Bellevue, I tried closer pharmacies and returned to Rose Hill Walgreens.

All the reviews are true. Unbelievably slow, often waiting multiple days for prescriptions. Never enough staff to handle customers and they are perpetually in foul moods

Every pick up requires 2 visits because they are never ready even when submitted days in advance. No one answers the phones, you have to come in person to prompt them to even start filling your meds. Constantly out of your monthly meds and fail to order them so you 3nd up missing doses.
After years of being a costumer I am changing pharmacies, post covid they have always been terrible and not even open 24hours, the reason I came in the first place.

This by far is the worst Walgreens that I have ever been to. I've been coming here for a few years now to pick up my prescription and each time I come they are either short staffed or the customer service is horrible. I work in health care and I've also worked customer service for many years. I understand how it is to work understaffed and maybe not feeling appreciated for all what you do for customers but if you don't like your job then maybe find a new profession. I had to check the "manager" as well as an employee just now for what I felt like was unacceptable behavior. The way you talk to people and your body language tells all. My prescription was cancelled without notice. Today was the last day for me to pick it up and when I ask a simply why was it cancelled I get an aggressive tone and attitude because I called him out on his attitude. To the Asian young man who helped me. Thank you and thank you for knowing how to work under stress. This place seriously needs to take a class for their employees on how to take care of customers. If I could give zero starts I would. Lousy customer service

The incompetence is amazing. No one answers the phone. I want to pay for my prescription out of pocket who cares if the insurances company won’t pay? Why is it on hold? Why do I need to spend hours trying to convince you to sell me the prescription??

Everytime i pick up my prescription at Walgreens Pharmacy Kirkland, there is always a long wait. Employees are very slow, rude and no customer service. They make you wait on line for more than 40 minutes and no apology, no thank you and no eye contact. If there is a zero rating, that’s what this Pharmacy location deserves.

They don't answer their phone, they never have my full prescription, even when I order it a week early because I travel internationally often. Their website will say "processing" for days, or delayed because of insurance issues but when I call my insurance, they try and can't get through to give the green light. If they were effecient they'd be very convenient to use but I'll go down the street to Costco now. I'll miss the later hours and drive thru, but I can't be without my meds.

They will NEVER answer phone calls in the pharmacy. I have been on hold for over an hour day after day. No matter the day of the week or the time of day, they will not answer the phone. It's been months since they've answered. I've even gone out of my way a few times to call the actual store and let them know the pharmacy doesn't answer. The store itself will even transfer me..and the pharmacy just won't answer. It's actually so messed up.
