I really liked working with Matt! He explained all the international plans and I would have signed up for the wrong one if he didn't explain it to me. He then helped me sign up for an international plan set to be effective the day before my flights and even asked about my future international trips. I was in and out with no issues!

I made an appointment. Technical staff determined the issue, replaced my Sim card and had me on my way in <15 minutes. Fast and efficient. Very much appreciated.

This lady "manager" Yajin, kept walking away from us the costumer at the moment. I understand your short staff but if we waiting for our turn we expect to be attended the way we're paying this VERIZON BILL!!!! She walked away like 5 times with while she was on the phone for costumer support and the agent was talking to her while the phone was just on the table for us ????? What the heck Verizon???? Manager? Where, fix your issues

My customer service from JD, the manager was exceptional. It was a difficult arrangement and transfer I needed to make. He was so patient, kind and informative. I had complete trust in him taking care of my account. The store is spotless and everyone I encountered was professional and with good humor.Customer service isn't a valued commodity these days, so I was so appreciative.

Very frustrated with my experience today. Walked in and was greeted by a woman and I explained I wanted to comb over my data package and see if there’s a better offer. She had no idea what I meant by package and asked if I was talking about hotspot. I explained my data package with my cellphone plan? She looked into my account and told me I have 12 gb but I explained I should have 16 (4 bonus gb for life). She didn’t confirm. She had my account ready and asked how much I pay per month. I’m at the store to have an associate tell me this information. After laying out a piece of paper from Verizon that shows the package plans, she didn’t inform me about the free iPhone 14 offer with an unlimited plan upgrade. And didn’t compare any of the current plans vs how much I use and pay. From my experience I would not trust her to make any changes on my account and left the store wondering why I even walked in. There looked to be two other competent employees on hand but neither had any interest in helping me.

I am disgusted by the experience I have had with Verizon and with this store. I went in to help my parents trade in a phone for a promotion to get an upgrade for free and learn a few months later they “never got the old phone” and I have been charged the full amount for the new phone. Hours on the phone being told the store must have given me the wrong shipping label but there’s nothing I can do and I am considering making a claim for elder abuse against this company. It’s shameful and disgusting how difficult they make everything. I write this review so 1. If you ever do a trade in you get irrefutable evidence handed over / mailed in the phone and 2. Maybe someone with the power to refund my parents gets involved.

Dylan is the man -- i came in hoping to transfer everything from a older pixel to a newer pixel -- and he nailed -- perfectly in 30 minutes -- amazing -- great work dude. Robert the manager, is awesome also.

This store reiterated why I am a Verizon Customer. I wanted an upgrade on my Note 10+ 5G for a Galaxy S23U Ultra and they were able to get me an amazing deal on my new Galaxy Tab S8 + 5G. Dylan was incredible enough to also save me money on my plan while improving my 5G coverage at the same time! Thanks Dylan and can't wait for my next Verizon device. I highly recommend this store and team to anyone thinking about switching to Verizon.
