Worst ups ever! If you think your local office sucks, well come and visit this one, not only services are limited the staff is rude and act like you are there to waste their time, every time I've tried to get a money order they say they only accept cash, but you can pay the rest of the services with any card, the old lady that works here might just don't know how to make a money order, i dont know why they keep people like that that obviously can't give any type of customer service and they get mad at you for requesting services, this place is a joke and a waste of tax payers money.

I recently used this post office for the first time to ship two packages. One was a wedding dress I sold and another $1800 worth of clothes on a return. They both had USPS bar scans that were pre printed. Both packages are now lost. The gal never got the dress and I can't get refunded my returns. I went back down with the bar code and the lady told me she doesn't have a scanner. I handed my packages to her personally and watched her put them in the bin behind the counter. I'm SICK about it all and not getting a receipt. I thought handing them to her was good enough. Do not use this post office. Shame on me for not getting a receipt.

Best USPS if you don’t need a receipt and your packages/envelopes are ready to go.Remarkably quick and easy compared to a normal USPS site.This location is for simple and quick sending only.Like past users who gave this location 1 star, drive 2 more miles and you’re at the typical USPS where you’re waiting in line forever for your complicated packages and they’ll take care of you!I hardly need a receipt and usually print off my label/package myself, so this location has been a lifesaver.

What a worthless place. The people at the counter were unprofessional and rude, they couldn't give me a receipt for a dropped off package, and can't make shipping labels. I of course found this out after I unloaded my 25+ pound packages that they had me bring out to the delivery driver myself before they would even help me.

Sadly, I wasn't able to visit my mom this mother's day, due to the COVID crisis...so I hustled to get my gift to her in the mail. From the moment I stepped into the Post Office (which I had spoken highly about previously), I had the most awful experience. The person working there could not have been more unpleasant...rudely pointed out the envelopes available for purchase, then when I asked if my mom would receive her gift by Mother's Day, rudely said 'look on the sign, it takes 3-5 business days.' I sunk with disappointment. All in all, the experience was awful. One positive...my mom received her gift in time, unlike what the postal office worker had told me. I recommend they hire employees with positive spirits, knowledge about the postal timeline, and maybe even a smile would be appropriate.

I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. The woman working there was so rude and unfriendly...I will never go back. She put such a damper on a beautiful sunny day.

Friendly place, they have a bit of packing air-pillows etc that they recycle for free, so I was able to fill out my package a little more. If you have an international package to mail you might want to phone first, as I recall there was something special about doing that.

We’re new to the area and had to place a hold mail for going out of town. The person working the counter was incredibly rude and made fun of me for not knowing that they were the smaller of two post offices in Kirkland. Don’t waste your time looking for any help here.
