Tia groomed our Portuguese Water Dog for most of his 14+years and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. Tia's calm and loving demeanor put our dog at ease. The fact that he was not stuck in a kennel while there was a real plus. Keller always looked wonderful and Tia was always receptive to our requests relative to grooming needs/desires. Highly recommend!

I am always so happy when I pick up my dogs from Urban doggie, Tia is so talented I have had her groom 4 different Breeds of dogs over the many years and they all looked Awesome! When I picked them up and smelled so good! She always remembers the little things. Preston at the front desk is amazing at making sure to get you scheduled and reminding you. Thank you! For doing a great job! and making my dogs feel so comfortable in your salon.

Kirkland's Urban Doggie Spa is always very organized and professional. It is the best grooming service we've ever used. Our doodle looks great and she likes Tia and Preston very much. They are definitely doing something right. Highest recommendation!

You get what you pay for. I will never take my dog to petsmart or any other locations. I love going to this place, I have been taking Jake here for over 5 years since they were at their other location in Kirkland. Amazing service and my dog is always happy.

Been coming here for years! They treat pets like members of their family and are always so nice and friendly. Would recommend anyone here! Literally like a spa for our dog, no cages after grooming like some other places.

I recently took my senior Maltese mix to Urban Doggie snd he was truly a stinky mess! I was so embarrassed that I let him enjoy himself all summer without a proper grooming. They did an incredible job. He's fairly anxious and he left pretty happy and unaffected. Prices were very well inline with the other dog spas on the Eastside. I felt the quality of the grooming was fantastic. He's no longer the stinky dog in town. He feels better and we are happy to have him cuddle now. I'm definitely happy to keep taking him back!

This is our third time using Urban Doggie Spa and we are moving to another town but still plan on coming into Kirkland to get Finns hair cut! They do such an amazing job and Finn always comes home happy and feeling a little lighter with his nice cut. We love this place and would recommend it to anyone with a Bichon or any small breed for that matter. We have been satisfied with every hair cut Finn has got from Tia and Preston, and I think Finn has too!! Worth every penny.
