I am returning Amazon packages and these clowns ask to charge per inch for helping tape my packages. Never have this on any other UPS store.

Notary guy is awful. I got notary done easily and with a smile in Bellevue. Do not come to this location. They want to make it as frustrating and complicated as possible. He seemed like a control freak. I have gotten notary in the past and nothing was as complicated as this guy made it seem to be. Like I said I drove straight to Bellevue. Boom. Done. Legal. Easy peasy. And they were nice there...

I had a PO box here for a couple of months, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff for their fantastic service! They're always kind, patient, and professional whenever I stop by to pick up packages. Even when the place is packed with a long line, they keep their cool and deliver top-notch service with a smile.
Massive props to Madison, Charlie, Jeff, Haji, and Alexia. You all are outstanding!

One of my important packages got transferred to the local post office, and the online auto system doesn’t have a way of telling you that. I was stressed and running in circles till I called them. They were very nice and patient with me and help me figure out where my packages are at, which wouldn’t have been possible online. They’ve also been lovely the few times I’ve had to go in person as well. Thanks for the help.

Terrible experience here with the rude notary worker. I went in for a notary and he refused to notarize my document despite my having received similar notaries in the past. He said I required an additional form but when I took the document to the Bellevue UPS store they were able to notarize it no problem. Avoid this store if you need notary services.

Ups, a shipping store, cannot print shipping labels for things you're trying to ship with them. You can't email them shipping labels either, you have to log on to your email and pay per minute to print shipping labels. I guess they need the money!
Staff made a bunch of assumptions about what and how I was trying to ship a return package and we spent 10 mins talking before they understood that I wanted to ship a package even if I had to pay for shipping and a package.
Services at this company used to be better, go elsewhere.

Should really rename to "The no help store". Wouldnt even print a label for me to ship. First wanted me to use the rental computer for $2 and pay $1.5 to print, then when that didnt work they wouldnt even help print the label. It's clear they'd rather nickle and dime than actually help people use their shipping service.

I often use this location because it's near my house but I'm sad the employees are not nice and friendly here so I always feel uncomfortable visiting here :( They charge for printing a label for $2

Super surprised to see such a low score. I have been coming here for 15 years. I have aways gotten great service and the wait times have always been just a fraction of the post office.
