This community is clean and quiet. Apartment updated with great appliances. Maintenance comes quickly after requesting repairs. Manager is friendly and professional.

We have the best management at Totem Lake Heights. Ren handles all the Maintenance and he is one of the main reasons I have been here 17 years. I never worry if I have a problem, Ren is there to help.
