Just moved to the area and was searching for a new cigar shop. I prefer mom and pop places versus the big chains and Tobacco Patch is exactly why. Friendly and welcoming. I’m assuming I was helped by the owner who not only had what I was looking for in stock but also knew exactly where it was. And what I was looking for is hard to come by so I was not expecting them to have it.I will definitely be back.

My husband and I went in today to browse, and when we asked questions we were treated with contempt. When I asked if he had any cigars in stock we wouldn't find at our local shop, the shopkeeper gave us a lecture on the difference between a smoke shop and a cigar shop. We let him know we go to our local cigar shop in Seattle, but then when we went into the humidor he followed us and asked, "So, do you smoke cigars?" The selection was good, but it was not welcoming, and I won't be recommending this shop to anyone in my network.

Great selection, manager is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about tobacco, and is a pleasure to talk to. The rest of the employees, while very friendly, don't smoke so are of little help when it comes to suggestions/tasting notes/etc.

Hours say they are supposed to be open until midnight but here it is 10:30pm and they are definitely closed

Nice shop with great variety of smokes, pretty good selection of pipes, including some very nice ones from Ireland....the shop owner is an extremely courteous, friendly, helpful, respectful gentleman.

Wow, love this place!Great selection. They had options from luxury brands to less expensive cigars. Murad helped me; he was nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place even for the pleasant earthy smell in the humidifier room.

I will never go to this place again even if you paid me to the man that was working there was super disrespectful acting like he didn't wanna help me by with a pocket full of cash one of their overpriced lighters he didn't wanna open the case and was rude I even asked him Are you super busy that you're not able to help me mind you not a single other person in the store. I hate trying to even say anything or pull the race card maybe it was an age thing. but sorry old man I'm not going to and I don't need to steal from you. You saw that I had plenty of money to pay for anything that I was trying to buy and you still chose not to help me I'll definitely take my business somewhere else

The first time I went into this store, the owner followed me and hovered over my shoulder while I was browsing through the humidor. I figured that he was just trying to be helpful in case I needed anything. I asked for his recommendation on a cigar and he replied that he didn't smoke. Why are you following me around the store if you are of no use in selecting some cigars? The cigars are expensive but not outlandish, with a decent selection of high quality brands. The shop would be a neat little place if not for the unpleasant owner.
