I’ve come here for various sports related injuries over the years. Dr. Clayton Anderson has been very helpful in diagnosing my issues. Plus, he’s really cheerful all the time!

I have been going to therapeutic associates for a long time for various ailments.I have a lot of them as I am 97 years old.I go to therapeutic associates at Bridle trails in Kirkland. My primary therapist has been Clayton Anderson. He has helped me with increasing the range of motion due to a frozen shoulder. He has also helped me with the pain I am experiencing due to acute hip arthritis.Clayton works me over pretty good and I always feel better when I leave.Clayton is compassionate and understanding and knows his stuff. We also have fun conversations on subjects other than physical therapy.I would highly recommend therapeutic associates.

Had back pain after a sports injury and it was painful to tie my shoes even when sitting. It plagued me for 3-4 months without respite so I finally “caved” and went to a PT. After about 3-4 weeks of 1-2 sessions with Clayton I’m fully recovered and have the mobility for yoga and strength to get back to weight lifting again, pain free!Clayton did a great job helping me understand what was wrong and what I can do to both recover and avoid similar injuries in the future. It was also fun going in, would definitely recommend to a friend.

I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon/doctor for knee pain, and after a very quick (less than 5 min) poking around, he diagnosed it as something I was certain it wasn’t. However, he did give me a referral for a few PT sessions, and I hoped the physical therapist would be able to figure it out.Clayton at Physical Therapy Associates was very thorough, took into account every detail of my rambling explanation of what was happening with my knee, and gave me a “diagnosis”/explanation that made perfect sense. He gave me a couple super simple exercises to do at home, and within days, the knee pain that had been bugging me for months was already less than half of what it was. This was the first time I’ve ever gone to physical therapy of any sort—I felt comfortable and that he really listened to me. Highly recommend.

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy has helped a lot. I came in from back surgery with a very sore back. Clayton worked out a program for me that has been productive. The good news is that the back surgery was successful. The unexpected news is that it went from my back to my thighs. I now do ,physical therapy in the morning and then go for a 1.5 - 2 mile walk. Clayton has been attentive and productive. MY thighs are slowly getting better. As the saying goes, all good things in time.Bruce Winter

Went in for an injury assessment. Clayton did a phenomenal job of putting me through a few movements that allowed him to diagnose the injury and then provided a series of exercises to follow on a Digital platform. Highly recommend going here for your PT needs!

Staff is always nice. Mark is really good at providing the schedules.Came to this clinic with a shoulder pain / tear and unable to move my shoulder all the way to the back.Clayton is really helpful in understanding my needs in terms of daily / physical activities I do. Suggested exercises to do at home which really helped me to reduce the pain and shoulder movement.Would always recommend this to any physical therapy sessions.

I have a chronic condition (in addition to a desk job) and Clayton at TAP - Bridle Trails does a great job of understanding my issues and helping me understand how to address them going forward with exercises I can do at home.

Amazing experience. Physical Therapist listens well and creates a customized plan, and teaches me how to manage my health issues on my own.

The therapist is so nice and helpful! As a programmer, I sit in front of desk every day. My neck and back pain a lot. When I took a trip, the heavy backpack made the pain even worse. The therapist relaxed my back muscle and taught me many exercises to self-train at home. Now I feel much better than before!
