Charged $1500.00+ for an annual physical with no complications! Don't trust them.Went to the Everett Clinic in Kirkland for my annual physical exam. Aside from mildly elevated cholesterol, I have no medical issues. No diagnosis or treatment was needed. It was an entirely routine annual physical. Everett Clinic billed my insurance more than $1500.00 for the annual physical. This is 5 times the maximum I've ever been billed before for a similar examination. I was not given any indication that the bill would be so large. It's far out of line with any provider I've experienced. It is not reasonable. My insurance didn't pay all of it, resulting in about $150.00 due from me.It may be legal but it is an immoral business practice in my opinion. Everett Clinic should be ashamed. I don't trust them. Not recommended. Won't be returning.

My boyfriend has been having some heart palpitations, we went to the Urgent Care (see previous review!) on Valentines Day to get things checked. Not known causes or results so today, we are currently still here at this location. The wait was a bit long but as it is with hospitals, I've waited a few hours before and they brought us back around 1 hour and 45 minutes after arriving. Which to me is amazing, still lengthy but not complaining for how lovely the staff is here.Lexie, Jenifer, MsH. olmes & Taylor were amazing! They really uplifted the mood and kept things very steady. Didn't have any issues, didn't have to wait too long either. Also nothing too severe upon the situation which was good news to hear. The process was easy to follow and the steps were easy to handle as well. The staff made the experience easier and better to handle. I'll be coming here for care in the future for myself and my friends/family members!Sure hospital times are a few hours to be here but it's worth it.

I've been going to Totem Lake Family Medicine, now part of The Everett Clinic, for nearly 20 years; a patient of Dr. Dale Miyauchi. I've noticed no change in quality or timeliness of service -- other than an improvement in the delivery of my blood test results, such as this week when my full blood panel was posted to my account in the 'My Chart' website within just a few hours after the blood was drawn mid-day. (I have a friend in Europe who thinks that is nothing short of sorcery, as they could wait up to a WEEK or more for such test results!).If I'm running late to an appointment (rare), I call ahead to advise them, and have Never been refused service for a scheduled time. I've found the entire staff -- front desk, Nurses, Dr. Miyauchi, and lab folks -- to be professional and trustworthy. The only reason this is 4 and not 5 stars is sometimes I have to wait quite a while before doc gets to me, after the initial vitals check by the Nurse in an exam room -- up to 30 minutes every once in a great while, but about 10 on average -- so there's room for improvement, though of course all manner of factors could play into this on individual occasions.Dr. Miyauchi has never led me astray, is methodical and down to earth, and always takes the time to explain something I don't know/understand. When I developed what turned out to be a life-threatening blood clot situation, he was once again calm, methodical, and by phone directed me to everything necessary in order to rectify the situation (at an imaging lab, and then the hospital). As far as I'm concerned he and his staff are part of the reasons why I'm still alive (in addition to Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA too). As long as Dale is still practicing, I will go nowhere else.

Terrible service. Billing is fraudulent, doctors don't respond, follow up or even call in prescriptions when they say they will. Phones and computers are consistently down. DO NOT TRUST EVERETT CLINIC!

Don't be late. They won't see you. Now I have to go to the ER. Thanks. I miss the days when doctors actually cared about people (I was 5 min late due to 2 car accidents, I guess I should've use my God like abilities to bend space and time) absolutely pathetic.

The everett clinic is full of specialists who don't seem to know anything about anything. It's all one big money grab so they will demand over the top testing (think MRI, ct scans, ultrasounds, biopsies) that cost the insurance company thousands of dollars (and you too depending on how good of coverage you have) just to tell you here's a diagnosis but they don't really know much about it and maybe try some more testing just in case. It's ridiculous. On top of that, it doesn't matter where you live or where your PCP is, every other option is in Everett so be prepared to drive for an hour just to sit in a room for 10 min and get no clear answers. And let's talk about the fact all of the female doctors I have seen are billed at $120+ less than the male doctors. Sexist much? I will be happily taking my business elsewhere. I hate that they bought out my great local doctor office and are now just a bunch of for profit corporate pigs who don't give two craps about healthcare or their patients.

I found a primary care provider at The Everett Clinic through my health insurance. I scheduled an annual physical, and I also wanted them to look at a bump on my ankle. Long story short, they misspelled my name (despite receiving my photo ID and insurance card) and sent me to collections without trying to contact me via phone or email, and the physician was so squeamish to touch my bump (turns out it was a harmless ganglion cyst) that he forgot to do the physical. (Admittedly, after he chatted me up about his amazing house and how well-connected he is in the medical community, I also forgot about the physical.)So about that collections thing. When I visited in March 2020, The Everett Clinic took my state photo ID and my insurance card. Despite that, they misspelled my name in their system. Because they had misspelled my name, they could not match me up with my insurance and they believed me to be uninsured.Fine. Mistakes happen. But then The Everett Clinic proceeded to send bills to the address I had given them before quarantine. My work address. Where I was then not allowed to go. Because of COVID. So the bills piled up in my work mailbox and I had no idea. They NEVER bothered to call my phone number, and they NEVER bothered to email me. Instead they sent me to collections. That's not cool.So fast forward six months to fall 2020, and I get a call from a collections agency. Of course I am surprised. This is the first I have heard about my owing money to anyone. They refused to talk to me when I told them that I was recording the call. They said it is against their policy to talk on the phone when someone is recording. Buuut their automated message that plays when I call them says "you are being recorded". So they are recording me, and they have the ability to ruin my credit, so I have to talk to them, but according to them I am not allowed to have a recording for my records. Unfair? Quite. But as a side note, you are allowed to record a call in Washington State without informing the other participants so long as your recording includes the other party's automated message that the call will be recorded. RCW 9.73.030 (3).So finally I figure out where this collections agency is coming from. The Everett Clinic. I thought my insurance covered that!It took me about two months to resolve things with The Everett Clinic. Every time I called, I was told that the person who could actually deal with the situation was unavailable, but that they would look into it. FINALLY one day I called and I got someone who actually seemed like they cared ("Amanda"?) and we called my insurance company together to prove to them that I am insured. They resolved the bill about a month later. So, in summary, I was not impressed. Mistakes happen, but sending someone to collections during a pandemic before leaving them a voicemail is unacceptable.
