These guys are the most customer obsessed hard ware store I have been to. If you go there with a problem, they go out of their way to solve it, compare this to some place like Home depot where the help is a lot less personal. I go there regularly now that i have been working on rebuilding the suspension on my Jeep.

I went to there to find a match for a missing bolt to secure the roof top box on my car. Mike in the store went above and beyond to help me solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and kind. There wasn’t a perfect matching bolt but Mike found a close one that will also work. I really appreciate it.

Paul did an amazing job with customer service today, He helped me with a washer that went missing, and got it sorted right away. Good pricing, large variety, Very nice, clean, respectful, and ready to work. Will come again and will definitely recommend this to others.
