My attempts to appeal a charge on my deceased parents' account has been a run around, didn’t go well here. Store staff can't talk to me since I'm not an authorized user on closed account. Previous call to customer service sent me to the store. I had to place another call to customer service, which resulted in a phone appointment in 5 days. Meanwhile, I've received a letter from a collection company for the bill that I'm trying to dispute a charge on. If store personnel had assisted in any positive way, this could have been a better review.

never go to this T-Mobile store ever they are the worst group of workers I've ever seen. the lady that was helping me was so rude for no reason. never go to this store.

last friday, oct. 13 i went to the totem lake store and it was there i met ethan brazil.......................what a pleasure to deal with someone who shows that they care.i had broken my cell and i had to replace it with a new cell...............by the time ethan was finished with me, i felt confident that i got the best deal possible.ethan is easy to look at and to converse with. that was what i was looking for. someone sincere.and i will refer ethan to anyone who needs service. thank you ethan, keep up the good work.

Walked in looking to change my six business phones from Verizon to T. Watched for ten minutes while half a dozen employees ignored me, who were busy taking about what stores they used to work at, so I walked out. Guess I'm sticking with Verizon!

I was at store to buy a phone. I waited 20 minutes they had only 2 staff members and I can understand that. However a guy walks in and gets an immediate attention from a staff member. Is it because the other guy was white and I am non white? This is very rude. I walked out and will never go this place again.

Bunch of pathetic liars! This coming from a Customer who’s been with TMobile for 10 years. Especially be aware of the agent named Ethan. He lies on your face and then backtracks. Go to another store.I have been with TMobile for almost 10years. I have been on the same plan with them for all these years. I just wanted to add another line temporarily but Ethan tricked me into getting into another plan with a 24 month contract. He lied to me with $ numbers. Also told me that I can cancel the new line any time I want. All of these lies, when I got the shock of my new bill and went to the store again, Ethan says he doesn’t remember anything or any of the numbers he told me. His manager stood right beside him without giving any alternative solution other than for me to pay up if I wanted to change the plan. No way they could get me back on the previous plan or get rid of the new line. Absolutely ridiculous! They can’t be getting away doing this to loyal customers.

I bought a $1200 sending. It was at 40% charge. They have a rule they can't transfer over the data unless the phone is at 80%. Jerry said they will call me in twenty minutes when phone is at 80%. I set mt timer no call, I walk back Jerry left. Now no one is helping me I'm at the end of the line. The phone is at 90%. Now the will finally help me after thirty minutes

Nick's service is the best! Though I did not get the plan I wanted because T-Mobile changed policy, I am still a happy customer because of Nick.

I just wanted to start by thanking the rep who helped me, Charlotte, for being so patient throughout the entire ordeal. I came in wanting to get the Galaxy S23 ultra and open a new line, and I thought it would of been a quick in and out type of visit taking 30 mins top but it was quite different. I had a number of obstacles preventing an easy transaction and Charlotte went above and beyond showing so much patience and grace spending about an hour on the phone with multiple people to clear things up so I was able to leave happy with a new S23 Ultra and new phone line. She spent the time and took the effort to explain things clearly in a precise and thoughtful manner. She then spent extra time after the transaction for the new phone line was done to help fix a previous issue where I was essentially double charged. She really was a delight to deal with during a pretty stressful situation.

Great service! I switched from Verizon and had a few issues. I had to go back because my phone wouldn’t transfer. I spent hours on the phone with customer service They were no help. Went back to the store despite customer service saying it wouldn’t help. Jerry had us up and running right away. Thank you Jerry!!!

Alex, a T-Mobile representative, went above and beyond helping me transfer my data to my new iPhone. He also educated me on the differences between iPhone and Samsung, making me want to leave with both phones. His exceptional service and knowledge make him an asset to T-Mobile.

Phone SIM got hijacked and caused all sorts of issues. They were able to fix everything in the end and put our acct in an extra security "mode" or something.The staff was helpful, the loss of the stars is due to all the issues we have had since switching to t-mobile from verizon.
