I’m a skeptical person. It can be hard for me to trust someone, especially when I’m buying a vehicle. Ardie is the most trustworthy and kindest individual I have worked with. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. There’s no pressure. He’s honest and he stands by his word. I highly recommend Ardie and we will continue doing business with him and highly recommend him to everyone.For the details. We had taken our Honda pilot to Valvoline for a standard oil change. They up-sold us on a transmission fluid change. A month later my car no longer works because the transmission is shot. I was able to replace it with another Honda Pilot from Ardie. This was a really cruddy situation for us but I’m extremely thankful to have found someone trustworthy like Ardie.

Got a very good car and enjoyed dealing with Fred and Ardie. I was getting a first car for my daughter; Fred knew everything about the car’s service record and history so I am very confident we got one that is safe and will last her a good few years, as well as being In immaculate condition. Car was priced well and we are very happy that we came here.

Ardie is the best in the business!! It was a pleasure buying a car from him. He was super easy to work with, very friendly, funny, and honest. In this industry, it can be tough to find someone trustworthy to work with, but Ardie was everything you would expect in a 5 star dealership! I would absolutely buy another car from this place in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for a well rounded dealership.

Went to purchase a vehicle there took for a drive noticed that it needed cv axels and fluids were draining out of the tyranny and transfer casing, plus the engine needed some tlc as well. The sales guy was pretty cool. Took a snapshot of my ID and down the road we went. I had 7000 in my hand cash. The vehicle was 6500 with taxes and licenses it would have put it a bit over that. I asked the sales guy to see what he could do.. he came back said that his boss said they couldn't drop the price at all for it. Mind you this truck was a 1993 PU. 186000 miles. If I was seller and wanted this off my lot as quick as I could I'd drop the price enough to get rid of it. I looked at it 3 weeks ago and its still there.. lol smh they should have sold it to me.. karma. Sorry guys ... I tried.

I originally went ready to buy a car and unfortunately was not able to get in touch with anyone. It was a little frustrating seeing as they were open. After calling a few times I left a message. The owner, Ardie, returned my call the next day to make sure I was taken care of, and to make things right. I hadn't expected to work someone so nice and pleasant. Ardie was fantastic. He heard my needs, listened to my concerns and offered me different options. He was sincerely just an honest guy trying to connect people with cars. Although my original review was poor, after actually being able to do business with Universal, they definitely deserve these 5 stars. Since I purchased a vehicle, I will keep this updated in the future with my experience with the car.Note - Although they have business hours, call ahead to schedule an appointment.

We were in a car accident and with only a week to get a new car, we found a Honda CRV 2007 up for sale by Universal Auto Sales.Ardie was very responsive and within five days we were driving our new car. He went out of his way to secure the best loan for us. The car runs perfectly. I was looking for a car for 3 months and I saw a Hyundai Elantra GT for a reasonable price and reasonable mileage. Finding the place was difficult and a little frustrating but the service was great! I was helped by Arty and he was the most sweet and helpful guy I could find when buying a car. I was very happy to work with him and buy a car from him. I rate Artys service a 5/5.

Buying a car can be exhausting and in general a terrible experience. That was not the case at Universal Auto Sales! Ardie was very kind, respectful, direct and genuine. No pressure, no bs. I bought a very clean Subaru Forester and love my purchase. The whole buying process here was quick, to the point and lovely overall. Would highly recommend!
