Made a purchase of a sleep number mattress from this store. The mattress that was delivered was defective (sides caved in). They acknowledge it but asked that I complete the install and wait two days before concluding it was defective. I waited and reached out to them. I was provided a help line to reach. You will need to wait upward of 20 mins to reach a person to talk to. Then was placed on hold and transferred to another person. Was told they would ship some additional supplies for fixing the issue and then schedule an install after two weeks. Asked for a replacement instead and they require you cover additional cost. Was totally frustrated with the experience and asked for a return. Was told that would cost me 300 dollars return fee. One of the worst experience after spending nearly an hour on the phone. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, you will be better off for it.

Dave was great and very helpful. I'm having back surgery soon and he was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The whole process with financing was a breeze and he made sure to tell us about all the deals and specials. We cannot wait for our new bed to arrive! Oh and the pillows are a game changer!

Visited the store to learn about the Sleep Number products. Woyu was a terrific representative, giving a full tour with great pacing, inputs, and attitude. Top-notch store with staff to match.

We bought a Sleep Number bed in Issaquah. However, once every 6 months or so, I get a call or email from Allen or others telling me my "$50 of rewards is going to expire next week" even though I have never been to the Kirkland location and know I will probably need to spend a lot more than $50 to use it. Please stop! I also wonder why they are using my info.

Excellent service at this store. First time looking at a Sleep Number bed and Dave did an outstanding job of explaining the features, and walking us through a testing of the different beds. Beautiful store as well.

Allen was very helpful and guided us toward the bed we needed. The stores are well-put-together by Sleep Number to create a buying experience that separates them from the competition in presentation, even though the product stands on its own as superior. They don't try to push extras like pillows and sheets on you, even though they make them clearly available in an attractive retail environment.
