The staff at the Totem Lake location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The took their time to listen to what our project needed, recommended options based on our criteria, and genuinely conveyed interest in our project and having the best results. The price for our buy was below what we anticipated because of the sale, which was awesome! We would definitely come back to this location for our future painting and staining projects.

Highly professional personnel in the store. We came to buy interior paint and were not sure what the right color to pick.The manager gave us a color chart and recommended to choose a color inside the house.Next day, we came back with a matching color and placed an order with 40% off.

We got paint here for our first nursery about 2 years ago, and recently got paint again for our second baby's room. Staff is always friendly and helpful when you ask for help. They don't bug you when you're just browsing, which I really appreciate. Probably not the cheapest place to get paint and supplies, but I'll keep going back for the convenience and good service.

The guy behind the counter was very helpful. Even though they did not have the sheen we needed they helped us find it at other stores and had them hold it for us.

Went in with a piece of stained exterior cedar and asked for a matching stain in latex. Took 15-20 minutes, but he did it. Matching color looks good.

The lack of communication and customer service was so shocking at the Kirkland store, the guys behind the counter were no help at all. Didn’t realize until I left they gave me a flat finish. Stopped by the Sherwin-Williams in Monroe and they were so helpful. Since I can’t return the paint I now have $60 worth of pint I don’t know what to do with. Lesson learned I guess.

Love this place for House paint , I bought the Emerald line for my outside deck area it was amazing! Spendy but we'll worth the coverability! Employees are very helpful here.

After looking up online to find a way to stain my wood a specific color, I saw on google that Sherwin-Williams was offering match stain service. I decide to try it out. After a few confusing match, we ended up finding the perfect stain for my furniture. It came out even better than on my sample. Make sure you bring a piece of your wood and the exact color you want and they will work their magic!
