I've been to the Kirkland Sherwin-Williams store several times. They have great in-store guides to help you choose the perfect color and sheen. The staff is friendly and really seems to want to help. The mixing and checkout process is quick. I've only tried the Emerald interior paint so far and am very happy with it.

“Acie” was the consummate professional, extremely courteous providing exactly the advice and product I needed. Each time I visited the store he was always tremendously helpful, displaying knowledgeable expertise and a very friendly demeanor. What a delightful experience in this day and age: the paint product was wonderful and a great quality. The store is clean, well stocked, easily accessible and attractive.

We ran out of the clear stain while we were in the middle of getting our hardwood flooring redone on Saturday. My husband asked me to stop by the nearest Sherwin- Williams store to us and pick up 4 more gallons. This store was the closest to our place so I called in advance to make sure they had it. The lady who picked up the phone told me they had it so I stopped by 45 minutes later. I again confirmed with her it is the one I needed as I am not a paint expert and was told by my husband which one to get and the product code with a picture. She confirmed it was, I paid and drove 2 hours to drop it off at the project site. When i got there, i was told right away this was not the right one as it was water based, not oil based. By then the stores were closed and we had to stop the project as we had ran out of paint. Sunday morning, I called this SW Houghton location again and told her we got the wrong stain and needed the oil based one. It was the same lady who picked up the phone. She first argued with me that they only sold the water based one and not the oil based one which I told her was not true b/c it clears stated on the SW website the product. Then she tried to tell me the two products are exactly the same. I had to ask her several times to see if they had the oil based one. She put me on hold again for 15 minutes. Afterwards, she came back on the phone and told me they didn't. When I asked her if she can tell me which SW stores had this product, she told me she was too busy with other customers to help me look it up. Talk about unknowledgeable and poor customer service. Was I any less important than the customers in the store? Not only was she not knowledgeable about the paint products sold, but she was not helpful at all when she sold me the wrong paint. I called several other SW stores and each time the sales associate I talked to knew exactly the product I was talking about. I am super disappointed by the customer service I received at this location and wasted so much time in the process. I hope the other sales associates would provide better customer service than what I received.

1 five stars for Mudi. She is very knowledgeable combining a great eye for color and sense of design. She has a degree in architecture and design. Sherwin Wililams is fortunate to have her 2. It was a real treat and a surprise to have somebody so educated and knowledgeable in the store available to assist. 3. There is a shortage of some of the product so be mindful when you are planning your project. Will be asking about No VOC paint on my next visit.

Here I am, I am a supervisor and had sub contracted multiple jobs for different projects at my property! None of the people(painters on the job) knew the color. I had to go in deep by finding out their contracts and agreements we have done together. I had a list of multiple paint names such as intense white, semi gloss snow bound 7004, khaki, ozark shadow and ozark gray. Etc. I had to use the following.Thecontract/agreementsPaint identifier (match)SnapshotColor snap app Bluetooth.Then the final one color card given to me by Mudi.Mudi, assisted me by informing me what to do identify if it matches. Then I did what she informed to do. BANG! It was a match!Thank you Mudi for making my life easier work done effortlessly! I am doing my work in marvelous way with a magnificent pay! easy,smooth,effortless.

Great expirenece at this store! We were helped by a great expireneced associate named Mudi. She was very professional and knew exactly what she was talking about. 1 coat she said, and thats all we needed. The project came out perfect. We will be back to this store again for every project we have. 5 stars us directly for the amazing associate that helped us!

I should have called first but found out that the local store does not have or stocked any sample small cans for me to try out paint colors. There is also no paint sheets that I can buy as alternative. I had to buy a quart size sample which is waste of paint and $

I visited the store hoping to get a sample, but had to buy 1 quart can instead. I'll throw 99% of it out. The paint quality and the service were both great!
