I get a chuckle every time I buy cigarettes from the younger guy that works around 4:30 pm. The dude acts super funny style ? like I'm gonna steal them or some ****. Make probably triple the amount that he does. I bet he don't do that to all the customers. You really get that south end mini mart experience except you are in little old Kirkland.

Horrible service here! I’ve been trying to get a propane tank filled since this weekend. There are no hours posted for propane so I show up Sunday to get it filled and was (politely) told that they don’t do it on Sundays, and the attendee could not tell me what hours they do propane during the week. But at least this guys was polite and nice.So I came back today at about 4:45pm after leaving work early to just to get these tanks filled only to have todays attendant tell me “we don’t do propane this time of night”. I’m sorry, but 4:45 is not nighttime. We haven’t even reached evening time yet sir. When I asked him what hours they do propane so I know when to come back he was super rude and said “during daylight hours”. After asking him to give me more exact times so this doesn’t keep happening he got more rude and I left. Obviously this Shell doesn’t want my money and I will certainly go somewhere else in the future.

Pulled up around 9:30pm on a Friday, open sign was lit so I approached the window to prepay for gas, and the older gentleman started yelling from inside that they are close, very rude!

We have had George & his crew repair and maintain our cars for 30+ years. They are honest & the work is always done perfectly. No hard sells here - they let you know if there is something that they recommend, but never a pushy sale. I love that you can drop off your car early in the morning or late at night. We have had them work on Ford, Chevrolet, Mazda, and Honda cars. They always pull up the maintenance minder to see what needs to get done, but don't do extra work. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer at George's Kirkland Shell for more than 20 years. And i hope to be a customer for another 20 years. My vehicles are kept running and a fair price and my money stays local. There have been times that I have received less than friendly service, but those employees don't seem to stay long. And I have gone to other mechanics and been seen worst service at more expense. I will keep my vehicles and my hard earned money local. Thanks George!

I've been a customer here for many years. A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. They have always done such an amazing job. I appreciate that I can trust them to be honest and do great work. This place is very helpful usually .. I.E one time my door closed just enough to lock with my child in the car and the nice employee opened my door free of charge . I came back with a Starbucks gift card to say a huge thank you . Now today I tried to the car wash for the first time. First of all I followed all directions & was VERY careful the machine .. the car wash machine HIT my closed mirror on the passenger side . Huge scratches and marks that weren't there before . Second my entire brand new car is COVERED in scratches . COVERED. Dooooo noooot use this car wash . DO. NOT DO IT . Updating to let you know a short haired older woman whose name should be KAREN works here. Yesterday 8/11/21 I had parked my car right next to the pump at this station to get gas AND type in an address as I don't use my Phone and drive. This CRAZY Karen worker came to my rolled down windows .. unmasked and said "you need to move immediately I have an oil truck coming." I said no problem maaam one moment please I am typing in an address and will get gas elsewhere . She stood by my open windows and said "you're texting is not more important than the oil getting filled and preceded to be completely unprofessional, rude & scary . I will never use ANYTHING but the coffee stand in this parking lot . Horrible horrible people work here . Except for the long haired and heated mechanic . He is the ONLY reputable employee here .

These guys are amazing. Both my wife and I take our cars to them. We have an Infiniti and Tundra we bought brand new and I have always dealt with dealerships until my wise dad said “don’t do that deal with the local mom and pop because they know what they are doing”; my dad was right. These guys are overly fair with their shop rates and honest to a fault. I am mechanically inclined and know my stuff and it’s clear these guys do to. I will take all my new and old vehicles to these guys I just love dealing with them and so does my wife.
