Messy, worst check out lines taking up to 10 minutes and unprofessional workers. A year ago this place was great but its been getting more annoying to visit. Definitely looking elsewhere for shopping going forward.

One of the worst in store experiences in a very long time. 15 customers waiting in line, one cashier slowly helping customers one at a time while other workers fiddle with carts and putting size buttons on hangers. A very strange looking woman with what looked like clown makeup patrolled the doors and kept adjusting her wig. The children’s shoes were spilling out into the aisle and I nearly tripped and knocked myself out trying to maneuver my way around the excessive mess. None of the clothes were in order of size. It appears they are just placed wherever. I ended up walking out leaving the items I had considered purchasing in the cart.

This Ross location is hectic!! I am very curious how supervisors hired these unprofessional employees. There is no diversity in races. I saw other comments stating that all employees and supervisors are from the same country Russia.
One of the security ladies (with black hair and strong makeup) and the cashiers are not professional. It seems like they were all friends before working at Ross. They just chat with each other very loudly at work and ignore customers' questions and concerns.
The security lady with black hair and very strong makeup came up to me and asked me, "Why are you here?" I said I wanted to get a refund, and she replied, "No refund! Return!!!!" She spoke to me three times. Lady, it's the same thing.
The blonde cashier blamed me for why my tags were detached while processing my return. I brought the original receipt and tags. Why does it matter? Please do not blame customers if you are in the customer service field. Your job is to attach tags to clothes again to resell the items.
I asked why two identical pants had different prices, and two cashiers responded with different answers and ignored me. One tag said black color, and one tag said grey. She scanned the tags and told me all tags were saying different colors. Excuse me? So what? That was not my question.
Ladies, please provide me with correct solutions. If you cannot handle it, ask for help from supervisors and managers. The blonde lady did not know how to solve the issues and ignored my questions until the supervisor came.
Please work professionally; this is not your playground.

Seems they are short staffed, the people at the register have other jobs they are doing. I was shocked to walk in at opening and see that the night shift doesn't clean the store before closing! Garbage and dust piled up all over the floor just left there. Then womens bathroom smelled worse than a man's bathroom, also with toilet paper and garbage all over the floor. The water at the bathroom sink continuously runs. The store is decently stocked, but it was so filthy it was hard to relax and shop.

First time I came here my wife was like- wow, this is an oddly dirty store with trash all over the aisles. I chocked it up to bad timing, who knows. Second time, it was legit the same way. Wife refuses to step foot in this place again. Not sure if this place is trying to repel people or what the deal is, but very odd.

This store is just bad all over the places. Customer service is extremely bad especially if you are a person of color! Every worker look at you suspicious. Matter Of Fact the loss prevention officer didn’t even welcomed me but did Welcomed the person ahead of me and behind. I personally dont care but it helps prooves a point…I will never go back there !!!! Dear manager re train your staff please!!??
