I used to love this place. I have been coming to get my car washed there for over 10 years. Unfortunately, today I had an experience that will lead me to no longer frequenting them here. They have raised prices now, things that should be included in their top tier wash package are no longer included. I had to pay an extra $10 for them to wipe down my car seats. And $16 for them to clean my floor mats. When my car came through the floor mats had not been cleaned and the person who was giving me back my car threw me attitude when I mentioned that my floor mat still had pine needles stuck to it and the carpet underneath had not been vacuumed. After they verified I had paid, they cleaned my floor mats, I left and I noticed that my steering wheel did not get cleaned. How is it that I paid $75 for my car to get washed and my steering wheel is not clean? My car is new, I have taken exceptional care of it, and it really wasn't $75 dirty.

This is after I got the most premium clean plus car wash. "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me". I am not coming to this place ever again. When I asked about a basic wiping is enough to clean it, they say an extra $10 for wiping seats despite me paying the best service they offer and extra tip upfront. When there are nicer car wash places around Kirkland I decided to come to this place just because they apologized last time and cleaned it again after I showed visible stains. Anyways, never again!

They took over an hour to get the basic interior service done. There was only 1 car ahead of me. I saw my car at the finish lane, then they moved it back to the vacuum. They recently change management and seem the new way of doing things is slower. That said, they charge you now a tip before you get the service done. I need to look for a new car wash.

I should have listened to the reviews but instead I took my chances. Which I now regret I only wanted the interior done, but ended up paying for the top package so I could get everything I wanted done in the interior. I added Cleaning the rubber floor mats after they told me they would dry them before putting them back in the car. That didn't happen. The mats were put back into the car wet. They did a below average job in the interior. They missed the back passenger floorboards. They missed cleaning some of the windows. There were some scratches on the bumper of the car. There was some grime on one of the doors and to top it off my iPhone charge cord was missing. I never did find it. It was also hard to communicate with them because they didn't understand English very well. Overall, I was disappointed and feel like it's way over priced for what they did. I won't be going back.

My car wouldn't start after I pulled in and the guys working very kindly jumped it for me even though it was late and they were closing. They also refunded me since they weren't able to do the cleaning. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Rose Hill Car Wash - Hit or Miss, Great LocationMy experience at Rose Hill Car Wash in Kirkland has been a bit of a mixed bag, and it really seems to depend on how busy they are on any given day.On a positive note, there have been days when I've had my car cleaned here, inside and out, and it's been nothing short of phenomenal. For $40, I've received a thorough and meticulous cleaning job that left my car looking brand new. Those are the days when Rose Hill Car Wash truly shines. However, there have also been less impressive days when I've paid the same price and left feeling underwhelmed. It seems that when they're busier, the attention to detail may not be as consistent. So, it's indeed a bit of a hit or miss. One thing to note is that you must empty your car out completely before bringing it in. If you leave personal items inside, they may not clean those areas. It's a policy that you need to be aware of to ensure you get the results you're expecting. One of the definite advantages of Rose Hill Car Wash is its great location. It's conveniently situated, making it accessible for those in the Kirkland area.In conclusion, Rose Hill Car Wash is a decent option for a car wash, but it can be a hit or miss experience. Some days you may get a fantastic, thorough cleaning, while other days may not meet your expectations, especially during busy periods. Just be sure to follow their empty-the-car policy, and you might find it a suitable choice, especially due to its convenient location.Services: Auto detailing

Super disappointed. I was told they do a good clean at a good price. But they literally tore by backup camera off my car. I won't go there again.Service: Auto detailing

Lousy job , just plan old wash 50 bucks plus tip up front Used to shine now just bubbles. Worth maybe 15 bucks at most new owners cheap labor rip off

This used to be one of my favorite places to take my car. I went at least once every month for sure. Every since a big company bought them everything has been declining. The waiting area used to be great they had many things available for purchase while waiting and a free toy for kids. Now is sad room with a few chair, very dark, there are a couple vending machines but it lost its charm. As far the options go they used to have multiple options I could get the exterior and interior wash for 30 dollars and would tip. Last time which was my last I paid 45 and tip for the same service. How sad that we lost such a great place and that whoever bought just keeps making worse. I do love the employees they work so hard but many of them have left and I don't blame them.

Great value, they got most of my car clean and fast (missed a large amount of dust cleaning on one section of my dash). There wasn't much to do around the area while I waited, and I didn't love that it required forfeiting keys (some others ive been to, I drive through the soap/machine and then park and leave at the detail part).

I will not go back to Rose Hill Car Wash again. I've been going there for about 9 years now but the new management has ruined it. You pay about twice as much for worse service. The wait time was much longer and the interior cleaning was the worst I've ever had here. There were only 3 other cars there and this was the longest I've ever waited. They left streaks all over the windshield and they missed cleaning a huge spot on the dash. This has never been a top notch car detailing place but it was worth it when it was just $25. Now that it's $44 for worse service, I'll do something else. And they got rid of the wash options. It's either a basic exterior wash or the top of the line. Another good local business completely ruined by new management.

After the change in management, this carwash has become a complete and utter rip-off. It’s now $44 to get your interior cleaned along with the exterior. No other options. Either you get the exterior only cleaned for around $24 (which is still a rip off) or you jump to a $44 price tag to include the interior.“Smart” (more like deceiving) move not to post their prices like they used to in the past. After waiting at least 15-20 minutes in line to see the menu, you’re a lot more likely to settle for the ridiculous price-tag.Not to mention, the customer service and care they put into vacuuming, wiping the interior and drying the car was always subpar, but I was willing to live with it in the past since it was one of the few car washes in the area that provided that kind service for a reasonable cost. Now, you have the privilege of paying 40% more for just as horrendous of a customer service. It’s a complete joke, and the value for money is non-existent.Services: Vacuuming

Just horrible. Deceptive pricing, lack of attention to detail, an unconcerned manager named Raul who said dog hair was to hard to vacuum up. Total cost if you want your car actually cleaned is $50 dollars assuming you trust their ability to vacuum. Save money by driving into Bellevue & getting your car washed there, even with the gas prices, it beats this car wash. Huge disappointment, Complete scam with their prices.

Fantastic job under the new management. Prices are very reasonable when compared to a detail job at around 20%, but obviously not as thorough since you get in/out in 20 minutes. However, I went with the most expensive package and couldn't believe how much I got given the price was just barely two times a normal car wash high end package. Any poor review of this place are from previous management or people who lack sense to recognize value. Highly recommend this place. Go big package and tip well. They work hard in 20 minutes.
