I took my vehicle to Maserati of Seattle and they confirmed that in fact my brakes did NOT need to be changed. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Maserati of Kirkland, let alone have my car serviced by them. GO TO MASERATI OF SEATTLE they are not part of the Rairdon group there for they are immediately more reputable.

Ian and Poncé at Maserati of Kirkland made the process of purchasing a 2023 Rivian R1S a breeze. They were thorough in their introduction to the vehicle, gave us an excellent test drive, worked out details with our trade-in, and helped complete the paperwork with ease. It was a professional and fun experience in which we left with the EV SUV that we’d been looking for! We’re excited with our purchase.

The team of Poncé and Ian helped us with the purchase of a 2023 Rivian R1S today. The process at their showroom was professional, transparent, thorough and actually fun! Don’t Ever Come. They are dishonest swindlers who don’t keep promises and their words. Regrets on the agreement even signing all the paperwork, wasted my time.It’s a joke and wasted my time. I brought my car to the store to make an appraisal. They looked through the entire car and gave me an offer. I agreed on the price they gave and we made an agreement. I signed all the documents that they told me to sign with them together and they said they will pay me the money on the next day. After a few hours we finished all the paperwork and I left the store, they called me saying that they decided not to buy my car. Wasted my time and everything.They don’t keep their promises. They regret on the words they said. How can you regret on the offer you gave and we made a deal even I signed all the paperwork? When you sell or buy things, you can't act in bad faith. Can’t believe they regrets on their own offer and regrets buying my car after I already signed all the papers.They can’t even keep their promises and words even we signed all the paperwork and made an agreement. Don’t ever come and waste your time here.

Had the service department do a pre-purchase inspection on a used Maserati GT I ended up buying and I could not be more thrilled with their work. John Holloway, in particular, spent nearly an hour on the phone with me, going over every detail of the inspection. He took his time to explain everything, answered every one of my questions, and left me with a number of good tips to keep it in good shape after purchase.It's unfortunate that I'm not local to the area, because I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back for service - the staff there really know their away around a Granturismo. John and his team are excellent ambassadors for the Maserati brand. Thanks again.

Last month i booked an appointment at Maserati Levante Kirkland for yearly maintenance service and to address small recall related to lock that i informed well in advance. Maserati Kirkland service kept my car for 2 days in the hot sun and did nothing, and wanted me to leave my car for at least 3 more days (over the weekend) without any loaner car or anything. So i had to take my car back and then there was no follow up on this from their side. This came as a surprise to me and this is not a good customer experience. I wont recommend this brand.

Bad out of state purchase experience from this dealership and do not recommend. At the start of the process, I was told by multiple representatives (Ian, Aaron, whoever inspected in service dept) that the car was flawless, perfect condition, passed all their inspections, etc. Upon receiving the car, the #1 issue was that it arrived with 3 unsafe tires (1 with a VERY obvious deep gash and 3 total that had fairly obvious sidewall bulges). Transport had picture evidence it was picked up this way. Not a lawyer, but I believe delivering a car in this unsafe condition violates multiple state and federal regulations for both consumer protections and being a licensed dealer in WA. The ones I found online listed dangerous tires and specifically sidewall bulges as being in violation. They did replace with 4 new tires after a bunch of back and forth, but told me they sell and service cars with bulges regularly and see nothing wrong with it. There isn't a single website or service shop I've ever seen that would tell you sidewall bulges are safe. Multiple other issues including really bad curb rash on an $800 wheel (specifically asked about), many long scratches and bad paint repair section on rear quarter (specifically asked about), delivered with a missing lug bolt (safety issue), an underbody panel completely cracked in half and nearly dragging (obvious, should disclose/fix), dead key fob battery (annoying lack of care/effort), and wheel wells / multiple drainage holes extremely clogged and caked in mud. All of these should have been noted based on my questions or fixed / disclosed. Dealer also repeatedly tried to push several thousand dollars in add on packages even after I told them no and push financing rates several percentage points higher than I could easily get (magically dropped them 2pp when they heard I was cross shopping). Just trying to rip you off at every turn, common across all dealerships, but disappointing and annoying. I did opt for using their transport service because I thought it would go smoother and only a few hundred more than I was seeing online (again magically dropped the cost $600 when I told them I was cross shopping), but that was a huge mistake. Zero communication until the car was 1 hour out, driver spoke zero English (fine, as long as you don't have to talk through getting proof for multiple issues), car arrived as dirty as a 20 year old barn find, and the trailer itself was a smashed up 2 car POS. I could have easily paid less for a nicer and cleaner enclosed trailer from any well known national transport service (my dad did from a further distance one month before this). They also had poor communication throughout the entire process, misplaced my check/other documents, and took weeks to finally get the title so I could license/register/legally drive the car. The only good thing I have to say is that they were quick to respond after my initial inquiry, gave fast next day sales document shipping, and had the exact car I wanted... otherwise pretty much everything was bad.

Ian made a false statements about the car he sold me and concealed information about not having the title of the car.After the $80k transaction, now I am chasing them for title. And they are not even apologetic about the situation.Avoid this dealership.

Been going here for three years. And every time have been beyond frustrated with the service. Making appointments with a rental car reservation and most times then saying “I’m sorry we don’t have any right now”. Most times after picking up my car something even worse is wrong right after it’s “fixed as well. Then to turn around and keep repaying $250 to check it all out again per occurrence. I’ve taken my car in 4 times and have also requested my dashboard update for it to never get done. The sales department is absolutely amazing when you’re looking for a new or used car, but definitely avoid the service in Kirkland!!! Pathetic customer service.

If you buy a vehicle from them do not purchase any of there warranty extras. All a bunch of garbage.

We got our first car Giulia Ti here at the Kirkland dealership, our experience was fantastic, They gave me the best deal compared to other dealers, got better financing options compared to my pre-approved ones. They speed up the documentation process and made sure I took the car home on my Birthday.IanThe salesperson was the best we have ever worked with, Ian drove the car all the way to our home in Redmond and made sure Giuilia fits perfectly in our driveway with enough ground clearance.Aaron:Made the documentation and finance process seamless, explained all documents very clearly and was great to work with.
