Another amazing experience with these movers! We have used Quick Move many time over the last 10 years and they have always been great. This time was our most difficult move yet with an entire truck full of stuff going to 2 locations both with ALL the stairs. The gentleman were so kind and it felt like at every point in time they had a positive customer experience as their North Star. Even at the end of an 11 hour day the guys were in good spirits and willing to take large/heavy furniture up 2 very tricky flights of stairs with nothing but a smile and some teamwork. I’m just so impressed by and grateful for Toby, Michael, and Luis. (Sorry if I spelled that last one wrong.)

Estimator/manager has poor communication with movers, resulted in two more moves over the weekend and several hundred more money. He transfers his mistakes and cost to customer. The movers are great btw.

Movers were constantly on their phones. Unorganized, took a one hour lunch and charged me for their lunchtime.

Thank you so very much for making what could have been a terrible day very pleasant. Moving is chaotic at best but your kindness and professional handling of the error in my directions was outstanding customer service. It was truly team effort on your part to make everything work and I appreciate y'all a great deal. Thank you again!

Extremely unprofessional movers, the ring leader(Fernando) of the guys who were moving items from the unit was argumentative and disrespectful to the Property manager on site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are shady and terrible people. Fernando needs to learn common sense and get a different job if he's too stupid to be a simple mover.Services: Packing / unpacking

My new neighbors used this moving company. The movers apparently took the time to climb onto my retaining wall and take a huge boulder off my property without asking, to prop up their tires. When they were done, they didn't put it back, they just left it on the ground across the alley from my house and a huge gaping hole in my retaining wall. Several neighbors saw them do this.1. They could have asked me first and I would have said yes if they would put it back2. They clearly don't respect other people's property. I mean, they had to go up my stairs and pry the Boulder out of my retaining wall. You really want to use a moving company like that that doesn't respect other people's property? If so, good luck! Maybe they can go into a side landscaping business. I need some bamboo removed out of my yard too.

I was in dire need of movers immediately to help residents at the property I manage and Quick Move Transport was available to immediately help me with my situation. I really appreciated that I was able to book an appointment on my first call, and that I didn't have to wait for a scheduler to call me back.During the move, the movers worked with professionalism and efficiency. I am so grateful for Quick Move Transport!

Good service. Moved our 1 bed/1den apartment full of belongings and furniture reasonably quickly whilst still paying great care not to damage any furniture or walls. Friendly, experienced and efficient. They do start charging you from the time they leave their HQ to the time they arrive back to HQ though (instead of only charging hours when they arrive at your 1st location to when they leave your 2nd location). Everyone wore masks.

I do NOT recommend Quick Move!Ive only gotten one thing from my grandma and I held it quiet dear. An art desk she got for me for a birthday many birthdays ago..They broke it on the move, and instead of paying for repairs, fixing it, or even getting a new one (if we can even find one its fairly old), the owner just shrugs it off and says the contract doesnt cover it.So I'm basically SoL. Dont go with this company, they make it sound like your things are guaranteed and/or covered in the case of damage, but they arent. They will jist shrug off your issue and point you to the small text on the back that says your stuff actually ISNT covered.I was going to give that art desk to my daughter and thanks to them I have to get an all new one instead of the one i promised her from her great grandma.

Quick Move came recommended by our agent and friend, we had every reason to believe this would be a conventional professional interaction, and initially, all went as expected. Midway through the move, on their way to our new home their truck broke down (no one's fault). After multiple attempts to repair the truck, and 6 hours later, our stuff arrived (on a smaller truck, taking multiple rounds). Everyone was tired and had worked hard given the circumstances. Ultimately, our stuff was rushed into the new home with multiple broken items, grease on furniture, dings on the wall. At the end of the (late) night, the employees asked for full payment on a erroneous bill and without acknowledging the inconvenience, rushed work or broken items. We agreed to pay half immediately and to negotiate about the rest the following business day (when we had a chance to collect our thoughts). We were not trying to skim the bill or get away with not paying the team but were being treated as such. The owner was not there, but was directing his employees over the phone. After the first threat to bring the police to our home, we spoke with him on the phone directly. He became belligerent and aggressive and threatened to drive to our home to demand payment. He believed that there was a "law" to pay immediately (although their own paperwork stated 30-days) and threatened to call the police again. After multiple attempts to dissuade him and deescalate, he drove to our home. He and his employees parked outside our house. At approximately, 1 am the police arrived to mediate. We feel that you see what people/businesses are made of when things don't go as planned. To bring the police into this was inexcusable and unprofessional at best, and reckless and scary at worst. We believe in truth and transparency and honestly don't understand why this situation spiraled out of control. In most circumstances we believe in supporting local family-run businesses- this however was a terrible way to begin a new chapter in our lives.

Went to quick move to buy some boxes. Hunter was very helpful, and went above & beyond to help me. Their box prices are the most reasonable I found around. Price & service are excellent!!! Go check them out.
