KROGER has become as GREEDY as GREEDY gets! I HIGHLY DISLIKE shopping here anymore. Their prices (in general) could not be MORE GOUGED! It is my belief that while inflation is still with us, CORPORATIONS like QFC, INCLUDING SAFEWAY have become OUT Of CONTROL with their PRICE GOUGING. The price HIKES are INSANE. And then they try to get you with MARKING the PRICES WAY UP & THEN putting that product on "Sale." That's the OLDEST TRICK in the book KROGER! Oh, and thanks for being the ONLY grocery store that I am aware of who CHARGES for getting cash back. It NOW has gone up to .75 cents from .50 cents if you want to get cash back. REALLY KROGER?? You don't make enough money per year?? YES, they DO! I WISH there was a WINCO in the area, where PRICES are ACTUALLY FAIR! And by the way, I referenced Safeway earlier, they are becoming as BAD at PRICE GOUGING as KROGER!

I like being able to get in and out if QFC quickly. Depending on the store, it can either be small and rather lacking in specialty stuff or a bigger one that can fill all your needs. And you get Fred Meyer fuel points, too! Always clean. If you want a fun excursion, go to the QFC on Dravis just south of the Ballard bridge. It's crazy small, like teeny weeny hobbit sized, and it's amazing to see how much product they can get on the shelves.

want to give ZERO. was just in QFC totem lake in kirkland. i was there an hour ago. a dog (not a service dog) that was big and dirty leaning into meat counter was allowed to roam aisles with unkempt and dirt covered man that was carrying dogs chain. the dogs nose and jowls were on the red meat, pork, lamb, and chicken. this is pretty nasty. seafood is behind a counter so it only has dog nose smeared on glass window preventing us from touching non frozen seafood. again this was not a service dog. this dog was filthy and not trained to be service dog as it bounced about and zig zagged around aisles. i pointed it out to staff, they said it was no big deal. i left the items i was going to buy in cart and left store. i now have trader joes, whole foods, and safeway as stores i can go to as they are just as close of a drive for me. QFC lost my business. as QFC's go this one is pretty dank, compared with dt bellevue and dt kirkland. they must cater to the subsidized housing apartments nearby and so not really care since they have a captive audience. got to wonder what they do when no one is looking, if this is how they act when someone is looking. Can grocery stores get Health Inspection ratings like restaurants?

I'm over 65 years old and was told it is QFC's policy to scan my driver's license for any beer or wine purchases. I told the cashier there is too much personal information on my driver's license and I would not be buying any wine or shopping there again. His response was company policy, not my problem. Great customer service! What are they using this information for? Another cybersecurity issue in my opinion. Don't shop QFC.

There is an employee named Joe at the sushi bar/prepped food area who deserves props and a raise. I ran in before work looking for the veggie bowl that is usually stocked, and there were none out. When I asked Joe if he would be putting more out, he immediately offered to make me one on the fly with brown rice (its usually quinoa). He went above and beyond to help me, and did so with a friendly smile. My lunch was absolutely delicious, and his small kindness made my day.

Definitely not the nicest Qfc around, but the meat and fresh produce is always better than Safeway. For being located on the Eastside, I was disappointed. I used to live near the Westwood Village location, and that was a better store considering the area that it was in.

I wanted to return a $5 bottle of Tabasco because I literally found it for half the price at Winco. The self checkout clerk called for the manager and a minute or two later P.I.C. Louis came, I asked him if he could process the return for me. He just kept looking at the receipt and finally asked if I bought the item at his store which he knew I didn't because he was staring confusedly at the receipt from a QFC an hour away. The self checkout clerk was the first to chime in and say "no" which was odd to me and then another woman worker said that inventory issues prevented them from processing a return from another store. I'm not sure why the person in charge cant speak for himself and let me know the situation. I believe he could have processed the return for me if he wanted but the situation felt really uncomfortable with so many people involved. I won't be going to any QFC in the future because there are so many other options available.
