I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Premier Physical Therapy place. I felt welcomed and cared for. Erin Konkle my physical therapist, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my injury. I appreciate her attention to detail, and I feel confident that I'm on the right path to recovery. I will highly recommend Premier Physical therapy to anyone in need of quality care.

I've had physical therapy at several locations for various injuries over my 80+ years. I rate Premier Physical Therapy right at the top. Rick Rieger did an amazing job on my shoulder after I broke it in two places during a nasty fall. Rick's extensive training, professionalism, expertise, and easy manner gave me the confidence to push through on all the stretching and strengthening exercises he prescribed and oversaw. His hands-on stretching maneuvers were also very helpful.After two months of therapy I'm nearly back to normal and ready to get on with my life. Thank you so much Rick! Thanks also to the rest of the staff for helping to maintain such a professional environment at Premier Physical Therapy.

I had an extremely positive experience with Premier Physical Therapy!I have had intermittent lower back pain for many years and was never sure what to do about it until a friend recommended PT. I was paired with Cristi Lee and she immediately knew how to help me learn exercises and stretches that changed the way I carry myself. I immediately began to notice results. It was helpful to meet for several months so that I could learn many exercises and also receive highly constructive feedback on how to refine and add value to each exercise. Cristi also provided details about what mechanically each exercise does, helping me understand why it’s important to my longterm health.While I hope to live the rest of my life without injury, if I were to find myself in need of PT, they will be the first place I call!

I'll start my review by saying John Szabo is a great physical therapist, very professional and can answer any question you have. I would have enjoyed finishing my therapy with him and had every intention to do so. If you choose to go here, he is a great choice.TLDR: Two months into my 1+ year of PT for ACL/Meniscus surgery I was told that I would have to wait a few months before I could continue seeing anyone that worked there.The facilities are okay, in general the customer service is quite good and everyone is friendly.So here's my issue. I had gotten a quadricep graft for an ACL replacement. At the same time I had multiple complex tears in my lateral and medial menisci fixed, as well as the meniscal roots tied down. My recovery for this surgery will be multiple years, beginning with a minimum of twice a week PT sessions that eventually would go into once a week, for a minimum of 9 months. More than likely I would have liked to stay coming to PT at Premier for a year, even if my insurance stopped covering it.When I first arrived I gave them my doctors orders, which outlined my recovery timeline. They scheduled me for two months of PT and off I went. Two months come and go, and my last session arrives. I leave, and call in the next week to schedule some more appointments. They tell me to come in on a Tuesday, and do my PT session and we can schedule more appointments then for my future sessions. After my session Tuesday I asked the receptionist to schedule me for more PT sessions and was met with "We are booked out for the next few months.". I was pretty much confused as to why they did not want my business and I was being removed from my regular PT with John, but I decided instead of arguing with her that I would just leave and find a new place to do my PT.One of the weirder experiences I have had with what was seemingly a very professional business. If you do end up going here, you might be better of scheduling your PT sessions very far in advanced, and make sure you change them 24 hours prior if you can't make it so they don't charge you a no-show fee.
