Took my hammer drill and said they could fix it. Charged me money, then told me they can't do anything and they're keeping my money. Probably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

"We will repair everything your husband has fixed" (c).They fixed a generator and a chainsaw for us. They seems to be very competent, and still reasonably priced. They were willing to explain things in detail, and point me to the mistakes I made while trying to repair things.

I called in advance to have the salesperson set my oil for my two pieces of equipment off to the side to expedite payment when I arrived. I arrived 5 minutes before they were closing. They had the oil ready when I arrived. When I asked the salesperson to help me to educate me on how much oil was needed for each price of equipment. All he could tell me was to put oil in and check the dipstick periodically. Another salesperson came out and told me the rough amount that was needed. I asked if there was an exact amount. The first salesperson told me again to just check the dipstick. Not taking the time to look up the exact amounts has made my decision to never shop here again. I will definitely spread my experience to others within the landscaping community and homeowners.

Just pulled in to buy a stihl ms 201T. $799. As I walked in someone from the back office made eye contact with me while walking away. I waited another 10 min with no one in the store front. The place was a ghost town. I could have cleaned the place out. After 10 min I just left. They literally don't want your money. Will be going to McLendens. Last year I bought an $800 Stihl. Prob won't come back.

I brought in my Ryobi battery powered mower (others I called wouldn't touch it) PNS took a look at it and told me it would be a couple of days. Bam! They called me that same afternoon and said it was done! I will be back!

They did a great job tuning up my Honda 2000 portable generator. Quick, reasonable price, carried it out to my car, showed me how to best start it. Yes, they ask for payment over the phone before you come in (maybe a covid thing?) but the work was good and the price was very fair.

The guy who answered the phone is extremely rude!All I did was asked if I can bring in my machine that is covered under warranty and he immediately went into attack mode.Show customers some respect.Never go here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. TERRIBLE customer service. Super rude and unprofessional. I brought in three chainsaws for repairs and asked to get a quote. I was told that it would be 40 something dollars per hour but the estimate was going to charge $40 something dollars per saw. Money wasn’t an issue but their response was unapologetic and completely lacked empathy.The representative rolled his eyes and shook his head throughout my convo for no reason. I asked if everything was okay and I was told “things couldn’t be better.” I asked to see a manager and told the guy that I didn’t appreciate how he was treating me. I was direct but not unkind. And The owner or employee, whoever he was, would not allow me to speak to anyone else.I am baffled bye how rude this individual was. I am confused how this company is still in business.

I have used Pacific Nail & Staple a few times for lawnmower and chainsaw repairs and maintenance. The price was so reasonable, turn around was very quick. The guy's there are so good to work with and helpful. I always reccomend them to friends. Never disappointed.

Just had the best shopping experience in a very long time. Tried to purchase at another Stihl dealer in Duval and couldn’t even get someone to talk to me. It’s worth driving farther out of my way to go to this place. Highly recommended.

I've had very helpful friendly service when buying a hedger/gloves/etc. and one guy who didn't have time to answer my questions about Stihl blowers so I bought it from Mclendons instead. I've avoided going in there since, even though I'm a professional living .5 miles from the store. Very disappointing.
