Not impressed I went here because I needed help with my blinker light as it went out. I couldn’t understand the guy but told him I needed help to find the part and install it. He was able to find the part, sold it to me, but then said “have a good day” and left to go in the back to drink his coffee. The other person was busy helping someone but didn’t acknowledge me or even go grab the guy to help me. So now I have a part and have no idea how to install it. I read the reviews that they were helpful with that, but apprently not. Not good customer service. Even if he couldn’t help me install it, he could have said he couldn’t, but he said “maybe, maybe not”

The assistant manager at this store, an older white guy, is the most unfriendly person I have met in some time. I went in to buy a fuel additive, picked it up and went to the cash register at which he was standing. He didn't acknowledge my presence, and continued to work at something. His co-worker was standing at the other register, staring straight ahead and didn't say anything. After about a minute of silence, I moved over to that register and that guy rang up my purchase. This is the second of two times that I have been in this store that the older white guy was rude. If you are going to go to O'Reilly, there is another store in Totem Lake. Go there.
